Buying you drinks and lap dances at a trade show does not a good sponsor make. Always remember that!

Lastly. Selling hard goods (adult toys) is far more lucrative in regards to programs going under or ripping you off - as long as you go with a big name company and has been around for a VERY long time. They almost never go under!

Do you think its right that he allowed me to continue to send traffic and joins long after deciding not to pay me, without notifying me? It would be one thing if he contacted me and told me to stop, but he removed my payout from the batch in NATS and never contacted me.

He continued to accept my traffic and joins without saying anything to me, without suspending my affiliate account and without paying me. That is the issue.

Unfortunately for me a small claims suit would have to be filed in Florida. However tomorrow I am going to call some collection agencies down there and see what they say can be done for me to recover at least some of the money he owes me. I am not sure about the Federal thing, I don't know if they would even hear it over such a small amount of money, but I will find out tomorrow.
