What I can say is this:

I have been a successful businessman and have shot porn for a very long time. Getting a model release and ID is something that we ALWAYS do without fail.

We have shot many hundreds of scenes and have nothing to hide. My real name and address are no secret, they are available on the 2257 information on EVERY single site and DVD.

This situation was first brought to our attention from an anonymous post on Craigslist.

We immediately verified our releases/IDs and made copies. A valid Florida Drivers License was indeed provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matches the Florida Drivers License.

We have made the copies available to local law enforcement in case there has been an identity theft and will be happy to cooperate with any state or federal officials as well.

The crimes that the talent has allegedly committed and admitted to in public is astounding and disturbing. I am not able to go into the details but make sure to read the mix of lies, accusations and allegations that have been made very carefully, to see exactly who has caused this situation.

Names that have apparently been used by the talent in question (so far):

Mandi Cowell (Name on Myspace account)

Erica Stone

Kelsey Cummings

We called her "Brandy"

At least three people, the girl in question, her husband (my crew shot him in a gay gloryhole scene) and suitcase pimp have all worked for over a year to find them work with various adult producers in the area. She has definitely shot in Florida with various producers and may have worked in other areas as well. She has a blog that details her interest in working in adult and her work with various producers.

A search for "Kelsey Cummings" will show that she has shot for several producers, appearing on websites and DVDs. This vindictive attack has only been made against me and my company.

We urge all other producers to check their records to see if this individual has approached you or has performed for you.

We take our business very seriously. The content in question was removed immediately, pending a full investigation to these claims. Any online ad tools and hosted galleries for our affiliates have been replaced, so there is no need to change any existing links.

This sounds like another attempt a sponsor program is making to take money and cancel accounts for the lining of their own pockets. I guess I won't be promoting these people.. Thanks for the heads up. I think no matter where the traffic comes from, if a sale is converted the affiliate should be paid. I am just getting back into adult after a few years off with mainstream projects. I belong to a lot of mainstream affiliate networks cj.com, linkshare.com etc... and each advertiser can list terms for affiliates to follow in the control panel, which keywords you can bid on etc... I'm not gonna read this whole thread but it sounds like shoehorn was bidding on terms that were not prohibited which converted into sales and was paid and then it stopped because dirty d didn't like the terms he was bidding on, I think the correct action is to pay shoehorn what he is owed and then add keywords that affiliates are not allowed to bid on to your terms and email it out to all affiliates so they know the new terms are in effect immediately, to stiff someone the money that is owed to them for bidding terms that didn't exist when the sales were taking place is horseshit. Sometimes ya gotta make an example out of people regardless of the amount of income. Personally I would sue as I am pretty sure you would win as the terms he is using to not pay didn't exist at the time the sales took place. Hard to enforce a rule that didn't exist. Every click that was made was a paid click into his site so not only is he getting stiffed on his sales but he also lost some cash on pay per click ads. I would sue or go beat this dirty d down as it's about principle and any company that lets a thread grow like this over a few hundred $ is not a real company and after reading this who will promote this shit.

Sounds like pure marketing hype (bullshit) to me.

Kind of like Stinky's Sticky Box Bucks "GOLD" promotion, where no one was paid, although I do figure that Dirty D may pay out to at least some of the small number of webmasters whom can actually meet the contest criteria - 100 Revshare sells (PPS sells do not count), since it is a tiny amount compared to what he is making off of them.

I doubt that 20% of Dirty D's estimated affiliates make that many sales (let alone 67% of them, if you go by Whore Monger's estimate of affiliates).

For 1,000 affiliates to be sending 100 sales, it would mean that, at minimum, there are 100,000 members from revshare affiliates alone, at almost $30 per sale.

I am willing to bet that HIGR does not do anything close to $30 million+ per year in affiliate revshare sells, which that figure would represent (and that does not count Revshare rebills, HIGR direct sells and rebills, and PPS sells and rebills).

Dirty D's "vacation" is almost over. He certainly has a lot of explaining to do...

Every click that was made was a paid click into his site so not only is he getting stiffed on his sales but he also lost some cash on pay per click ads. This situation was first brought to our attention from an anonymous post on Craigslist. We immediately verified our releases/IDs and made copies. A valid Florida Drivers License was indeed provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matches the Florida Drivers License. We have made the copies available to local law enforcement in case there has been an identity theft and will be happy to cooperate with any state or federal officials as well. The crimes that the talent has allegedly committed and admitted to in public is astounding and disturbing. I am not able to go into the details but make sure to read the mix of lies, accusations and allegations that have been made very carefully, to see exactly who has caused this situation. Names that have apparently been used by the talent in question (so far): Toni Cowell Mandi Cowell (Name on Myspace account) Destiney Poceous Destinay Poceous Erica Stone Kelsey Cummings We called her "Brandy" At least three people, the girl in question, her husband (my crew shot him in a gay gloryhole scene) and suitcase pimp have all worked for over a year to find them work with various adult producers in the area. She has definitely shot in Florida with various producers and may have worked in other areas as well. She has a blog that details her interest in working in adult and her work with various producers. A search for "Kelsey Cummings" will show that she has shot for several producers, appearing on websites and DVDs. This vindictive attack has only been made against me and my company. We urge all other producers to check their records to see if this individual has approached you or has performed for you. We take our business very seriously. The content in question was removed immediately, pending a full investigation to these claims. Dude stealing someone's content and filming underage girls is far fucking more scarier than not paying your affiliates. Money is one thing but exposing your affiliates to underage content that was on his site for a year can land not only him but everyone who promoted using that content in jail for distribution of child porn. What's even scarier, Dirty D will come back, maybe even pay Shoehorn and then its back to business as usual. Everyone will forget the underage shooting, using untested performers off the street, stealing someone else's work, etc... until the next scandal with this asshole breaks when all this shit will be brought up again at that time. That to me says a lot about our business. More people are outraged that Shoehorn did not get paid than there are people pissed that they were marketing his shit using content that featured a 17 year old performer or that he (if true) managed to steal all of whore monger's crackwhoreconfessions content without appropriate compensation.
