I would have to side with pornlaw on this.
It is hard to judge how smart anyone we deal with is. If she seems to have a good grasp of what she is doing, and knows it is deviant, and the reasons professionals told her it is abnormal, but as a consenting adult still wants to do it, paid or not, is it wrong to hire her?

Ok, is it wrong NOT to hire her? Being slightly lower IQ than the average are you discriminating against her job application to you?

I'm not a legal trained person, but I am guessing that as long as they are smart enough to understand what they are doing, and the implications and all, and are an adult they can enter int a contract. To me, ethically, the same requirements would fit. If she knew porn wasn't "ok" with many people, and probably relatives too (as she indicated in the email) but still wanted to perform, it would be like most porn girls wouldn't it?
