#1: The "full length" videos, aren't exactly a huge attraction piece.. I didn't even notice them first time through. The day's of build it and they will come, are well over buddy.

#2: The reason people won't sign up, has nothing to do with the "full length" videos. It has to do with people not wanting to sign up to a black hole.

To be honest I don't think any of my sites ranked higher than about 50,000 in alexa, but I think I am safe to assume I've made more money than you. I dont deal with tgp traffic much, my traffic converts more like 1:200 not 1 out of 20,000. Hits mean shit... I am also an affiliate and advertise several niches. I don't own 1 big site and send all my traffic there.

Scott, Let this experience show you who your real bros are. I will always respect the hell out of you for building up your TGP that way did. I sent a lot of money your way and you showed your love by partying my team out with a great meal and giving us helicopter rides a few years ago in Vegas. You are always nice and charming in person. A class act. The people telling you critical things should be listened to as they are speaking with passion- albeit, sometimes a little too much passion. Since most people do that, and so I don't come across as cocky or whatever to everyone else, the best solution for me to do is not offer to help anyone.

It's a fault. To want to feel helpfull, I don't know why I feel compelled to do it. Maybe to to help them, to show I am knowledgable, I don't honestly know. But what I do know is that is seems to be a big waste of time.

Thanks for your constructive criticism, it made me stop and think, why the fuck am I even here wasting my time in the first place. These type of things seem to play out the same way over and over. Offer to help, get insulted by person you trying to help, I get a little personally by callign them an idiot... waste of time. Very few of these people ever listen anyway and only post to hear " wow thats great good luck" which there seems to be no shortages of that around here.

The key difference is self awareness. Edison knew what he knew. He also knew what he didn't know. He knew what his abilities were. He knew what was within his abilities. He knew he had to learn a lot to solve a problem or achieve his goal. He knew it would be a long, painful process and one that might not be concluded in his lifetime.

Edison didn't start his journey of discovery with a deep rooted sense of misplaced arrogance and misguided bravado believing he knew it all and had nothing left to learn... because that's not discovery at all. Nor was he surrounded with a bunch of dick sucking jackasses telling him at every failure, that it looked good, that it was a great idea, that he was a genius... or that heralded every failure as a success.

i agree that scott dropped the site to the public too fast. i still think the idea is good, it just needs work. the site doesn't even have visa approval yet, and it's already a failure? tweaking it and testing it with his own traffic makes the most sense at this point. i have no idea if it will actually sell, but i like the concept.

it would be great for him to be able to shoot exclusive content in bars (great idea), but obviously that's just not a reality for him at this point, with the whole bankruptsy thing.

Now days a flashy tour is pretty much a given and has to be there to attract affils. That being a given, does/can/should Sleazy spend more money and time?

I think you should try to see if it sells as is and then decide if you want to spend more $$ on this. Lots of guys arent even too thrilled with the concept either it sounds like.

I know with money tight you are trying to do alot of the work and some friends have helped. That is good. But you have to have big tours, big video trailers to SELL now days. (I know, I know, some say you don't need trailers

But it is funny, this whole thread consists of 95% "one liner" posts from people. The people saying " it's stupid" and the people saying "it's great, he will do well." I am one of the few actually offering a lot of suggestions on what he could do to make it better and I am the one being " disciplined " for being too this or that doing something wrong.

that is just fucked up. but par for the course around here. I should just join the masses of one liners, and just say " good job" or "something sucks" so I don't get called out.

The idea is unique. I give you credit for coming up with something very different from what everyone is doing. I also like how you built up the anticipation on GFY that was great

That said you are asking for feedback. If I made the post I'd want honest feedback as much as it would hurt. I don't think this will be a smashing hit. I'm sure there is a community around the concept I just don't think it's being executed properly.
- The design is too old school. It looks like a 2001 AVS page. As a surfer I wouldn't sign up because I'd think it hasn't been updated since 2001.
- The girls just don't work. 2009/2010 we live in the world of Facebook girls. Ex Gf sites capitalize on that. The girls on your site look like 2001 porn girls. Not girls that can help.
- The videos are brutal. Not sexy or enticing or informative imo. Again looks too dated.

btw I haven't read any other feedback. Just giving my 2 cents.

I hate to knock an attempt at something new. I just think the execution as it is right now isn't what it needs to be to succeed. Your market is going to be tube traffic. This will not convert tube traffic imo.
