It is amazing how fast the day goes when you busy working, and then how fast a week, and even months go by. Good luck on your ultimate goal.

Great job dude, keep it up! I lost about 75 in a year and a half (down from 280 so over 25% of me) and unfortunately am back up a bit to about 215. Trying to get to 180-190 but it's been a rough year and I love food too much, lol.
