I have been a successful businessman and have shot porn for a very long time. Getting a model release and ID is something that we ALWAYS do without fail.

We have shot many hundreds of scenes and have nothing to hide. My real name and address are no secret, they are available on the 2257 information on EVERY single site and DVD.

This situation was first brought to our attention from an anonymous post on Craigslist.

We immediately verified our releases/IDs and made copies. A valid Florida Drivers License was indeed provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matches the Florida Drivers License.

We have made the copies available to local law enforcement in case there has been an identity theft and will be happy to cooperate with any state or federal officials as well.

The crimes that the talent has allegedly committed and admitted to in public is astounding and disturbing. I am not able to go into the details but make sure to read the mix of lies, accusations and allegations that have been made very carefully, to see exactly who has caused this situation.

Names that have apparently been used by the talent in question (so far):

Toni Cowell

Mandi Cowell (Name on Myspace account)

Destiney Poceous

Destinay Poceous

Erica Stone

Kelsey Cummings

We called her "Brandy"

At least three people, the girl in question, her husband (my crew shot him in a gay gloryhole scene) and suitcase pimp have all worked for over a year to find them work with various adult producers in the area. She has definitely shot in Florida with various producers and may have worked in other areas as well. She has a blog that details her interest in working in adult and her work with various producers.

A search for "Kelsey Cummings" will show that she has shot for several producers, appearing on websites and DVDs. This vindictive attack has only been made against me and my company.

We urge all other producers to check their records to see if this individual has approached you or has performed for you.

We take our business very seriously. The content in question was removed immediately, pending a full investigation to these claims. Any online ad tools and hosted galleries for our affiliates have been replaced, so there is no need to change any existing links.

You can get 15 years in jail, 10,000.00 in fine, but worst of all, you may get your driving privileges revoked for an entire year !!

Who will get the plea deal ? the pornographers testifying against someone with a fake id or someone with a fake id testifying against the pornographers?

I've had online access to my 2257 records since May of 2003. I don't understand why everybody hasn't either done this on their own or used a service like 2257safe.

On the fake ID issue....Back 20 years ago when i was in college, I new someone who access to ID blanks and a laminting machine, and there was NO WAY to tell the difference between the real and the fake ID by looking at them. A cop would have had to had to call in and look up the person in question in a database to see if it was fake or not.

I agree - this isn't bullshit. I had my video recording equipment seized at the bar I owned once cause the police spoke to an ex employee who lied to them and said I was going to delete it all. Took me two months to get it back and the only reason i got it back that fast was because I was able to prove the cop straight out lied on the search warrant and it ended up in a case against the cop.

any video surveillance in the future I'm involved with will be instantaneously sent to a server in a non extraditable country that only I have the password to that i might conventionality forget cause i'm very forgetful. (my spelling on GFY for 10 years is proof of this lol)
