But if you guys don't see that happening here...then I would suggest you go to any American city and turn on the televison and you will see commercial after commercial for companies that offer their services to help people to get out of tax debt by cutting deals with the govt. to pay pennies on the dollar.

I'm not doing that by the way. I WILL work through this. It's gonna take a little while. But I'm doing better than anybody else I know. Even with having my income cut in half. So I'm not crying about it. I'm just saying that having the govt. just TAKE the money that people earn is bullshit.

I'm glad you guys enjoy paying taxes. I don't. lol

The Supreme Court is the determiner of what laws are constitutional and what laws are not. There is not any doubt in my mind that parts of the health care bill will work its way through the courts up to the Supreme Court. The most messed up thing about this is that I would see setting up more urgent care (in place of emergency room or skipping the doctor) clinics as healthcare reform. Then people could talk about whether helping others was legit, but this is not that really. Forcing me to buy insurance I decided I could not afford is just an insurance industry bailout to go with AIG's sugar daddy deal. Forcing others to help pay to insure lower income people (rather than the more economical option of caring for them) is just more robbery without philanthropy.

Over the years State rights have been slowly but surely infringed upon due to Congress and Supreme Court decisions. This was never meant to be effective right away. It doesn't do much until 2014 anyway. What it DOES do is give the Obama administration the ability to say they've passed historical legislation, which they have.

I believe the intent here all along was to pass it to be able to say they passed it and then worry about the fixes later. After the elections. Problem is I don't see Congress caring too much about going back and fixing this.
