Webair Cost me $5,000 Today

They claim to be fixing it right now, but they have been saying that since 10:00 AM. If my issue is not fixed soon I'll be drunk and tell the whole embarrassing story. Trust me Webair, we've been very patient with you and told you we were posting this all day long, while you did nothing but put us on hold!

Before this gets blown out of proportion & before you get drunk ... let's look at the facts:

- The issue stems from the fact that you did not have access to the admin contact email address associated to the SSL certificate you were attempting to renew.

When you finally gained access to the address to approve the order, we were then able to push the order through. Therefore, any delays on this order were due to the fact that you didn't have access to your email address. We specifically told you we would do all we could to expedite your order as a courtesy.

We explained this all to you in the phone as well...

Webair should pay this guy for this thread and write everything off up to this point just for the free PR if they are as awesome you guys are all claiming. I'm just saying. He gave them the best PR yet!

I have yet to find a host that doesn't have ANY problems whatsoever and resolves them all to your satisfaction and I've been through a lot of them.

P.S. though. I haven't yet tried Webair. Maybe I should.

These aren't the facts Webair, that email was answered, contrary to what your lackeys say. I don't know where you got that bs.

Anyways, the solution you offered me was one I asked for before noon. Simple as that, you should have stepped in earlier as you can ask your customer service department how many times we called and were on your live help.

I am sorry it took my post to get your attention.

since you and I agreed to disagree on the phone just minutes ago, while you accused me and my staff of lying, I'll let this die as promised and hope you can provide better service going forward. I know you New Yorkers love to get the last word and I'm not a frequent poster, so go ahead and get the last word in if it makes you feel better.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
