Tip well... if you go to the same one often enough they'll get it right because they'll remember you. That's what I do, I carry cash just for tipping...

A stranger question would be: why do so many restaurants and diners NOT offer iced coffee? How difficult is it to store a pitcher of coffee in one of the refrigerators?

Instead they say hey can give you hot coffee and a glass of ice. You can't pour hot coffee over ice! It just dilutes the shit out of the coffee. Is it really that hard to refrigerate some fucking coffee?

And why can't you get soup in the Spring and Summer? They can't nuke a fucking bowl of soup year round?

I don't get it....

Iced coffee is stupid anyway -- and the thing I hate most about it is that I have to tell the Dunkin drive thru guy that I want HOT coffee. There's so many ice coffee drinking homos now, that they assume you mean Ice coffee when you make your order.
