Ive had problems with my weight since I was a kid. even regular exercise and diet I was still overweight. therefore, since ive been 12 ive have this roller coaster weight problem... fat, skinny, fat, skinny, etc. Current status: fat

It depends for some people. Personally i know I'm lazy and thats my reason for being overweight. but some people just gorge themselves for no reason what so ever. Once you hit a point where you cant see your own feet, then you have a problem

If you are heavy and are healthy then I got no problems. My big issue is when I see fat kids, that just makes me sad.

Losing fat is actually very easy if you are already obese.

I used to weigh 190 pounds, now I am down to 150 pounds.

There's no secret, you just need to reduce your calorie intake and increase your calorie expenditure.

You will hit a point where you would need to excercise to lose further weight. I'm still in this stage, not completely satisfied.

My point of this thread wasn't so much about how you feel about other people.

It was more about how you feel about YOURSELF when you see fat people.

Assuming of course, that you yourself used to be fat, but have since managed to lose the weight...

Same thing here, that's pretty much the only thing that is frightening,

And I've never seen so many fat kids in my life as now, there really is no difference between US and here, same lifestyle, same amount of junk food and zero amount of sports.

I guess when I was at the basic school, even high school it was extremely rare and maybe 4 - 5 kids out of 600 in a year were overweight yet not obese, like normally functioning.

Now it's getting really scary - I absolutely can't understand for example girls stuffing themselves with junk food, I didn't knew they want to look horrible, if I was a woman I'd definitely like myself more than that.

My nutritionist told me to get down to 8% body fat percentage and I will try to do it.

There is another issue I want to talk about - it's flabby skin and loose skin.
Fat loss has to happen very slowly, otherwise you will be left with the loose skin.
Man boobs (because of fatness) are a problem for some men.

I don't dislike seeing fat people. It's just that thin people are valued more for beauty and other factors such as health.
