WTF are UPS doing with my package?
Sent a package from Bergen, Norway on Monday 5th to Bretigny, France. So far it's arrived and departed:
Oslo, Norway Malmo, Sweden Copenhagen, Denmark, Hannover, Germany And today they just registrered it in Cologne, Germany. the expected delivery date is set to 13th(!). How is that possible and are they always this slow? (first and last time using UPS) |

UPS sucks monkey balls. Not so long ago they lost a pretty large package sent to me from the UK and refused to pay me compensation for the contents, even though I had insurance. Furthermore their phone support people were very rude and completely Incompetent. IDIOTS!!!

All inter EU packages seem to go through Germany for some reason, but yeah that's slow. I'm getting stuff from Asia to Hungary quicker than that.
I think it also depends on what level of service you use. The cheaper DHL/UPS ones can be crap, but then I had a package last week that I paid for the fastest delivery. Ordered at 11pm Monday night from the UK, had it in my hands Wednesday morning in Hungary... couldn't believe anything could be shipped and delivered that quick.
