We all fully understand that communication to our cardholders is critical. However, it does not help any of us if we are constantly updating you on the basis of the calls that take place almost hourly. It seems to us that giving you facts, based on agreements we are working on is the best form of communication. This is what we will be doing. When we know something, that is a fact, we will report it, quickly. Our staff is all working diligently to resolve these issues and the many moving and complicated parts of getting the funds returned. Therefore, please do not mistake our silence as "hiding", "avoiding" or "stringing you along". We too have funds that are stuck in the system, as well as massive costs of operation without any income.

Rest assured that when we know, you will know and you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.

For those of you that have been in the industry for many years, I hope you will recall that I have a very strong track record of fighting for the rights of webmasters, program sponsors, billing companies, merchants and the industry; that dedication continues.

Just called Epass to request an update on my $xx,xxx wire request sent a week ago. Routed to an Indian call center, where the guy told me that he couldn't locate my account. NOT GOOD.

After reading a lot of threads Mallick might be doing us a favor in a way. No I am not giving the guy props. If he funded all the crap that I have been reading about and its all been a big loss. If it was either shut down Epassporte Visa or take the loss and loose everything. So he shuts down Epassporte Visa he does this when most sponsors have either loaded or paid there people. This locks in millions into an interest paying bank. Every day more interest grows on this acount. When he makes back the interest that is needed to keep Epassport sovent, then he will release the funds.

Yes his company Epassport takes a huge hit, but he will still have it. How long will things be tied up, well until he gets enough intrest to pay off his debts on bad projects.

So what happens now, until the right amount of intrest is made on the money, it will be stuck. I figure when the cards are turned back on it will come out that he worked with visa and got the cards turned back on. He then becomes a hero to everyone, when in fact it was him who shut the cards off.

I may be wrong but this is how I see it.

I have money in certificates . At the moment, I get about 1.35 % of interest.

If I want to borrow money from the bank, I will pay for a mortgage ( secured ) 4 %. For a film ... try to guess.

So how long will he need to cover the interest he needs to pay .... ?

Don't know exactly, but from what I understand the bank on which the money is likely borrowed from he pretty well owns, if that is the case he pays no intrest.

You are wrong. ePassporte Wallet money is on deposit at what appears to be his own bank. Is he paying himself interest? Furthermore the interest rate is so low right now that even if he put our money on deposit at other banks and got ~1% return it would take a long time to earn any substantial amount of money.

No problem sleazy, the court date is a couple months away and everyone including you will be paid, just hang in there.. It's pretty much an open and shut case, no worries we got them by the balls.

Court date came...

Sorry sleazy but they got an extention its going to be another month and a half...

That was over a year ago.. I am still out thousands, never did learn how this court thing turned out.

Oops I forgot I got a domain for my money, it was either that or nothing..

50,000,000 x .12 / 365 x 14 (2 weeks) = 230,136.97

I highly doubt that comes anywhere near the money that could have been made and that interest rate is simply unheard of in a deposit account... So you might want to quarter that... The rate is to show you that even if it were invested in a good investment it wouldn't make any where near what having transactions moving would bring.

Ok, the middle man movie is just to make you believe epassporte is live, but I think they knew about the problem. Should we believe visa just made it without any notice? Who said so? Epassporte (mr.mallick) told us they didn't know about it, and should we believe ??

I was one of the first who sent wire request, as I did it just one hour after the message from epassporte and money are still there.

So I am just starting to think this is a long story which lasts for a year or two, when they found out they will have problems with visa they just made the show, huge show, come on 20M for the movie is nothing copmparing to the money on the bank accounts and what do you know about the bank - look at it, they don't have title on the main page even. What do you know about the place where the bank is situated.

I am still waiting for the wire but should I be so naive?

I have seen some payment systems bankrupts ... And they always say same things. Be patient your money are safe, after some time when everybody is cool they disappear.

ccbill will not benefit from the peer to peer money transfers which was epass's main business, however companies similar to paypal might see some action.

Plus a lot of smaller programs don't have wire and check options.

Sleazy ... ePassporte is doing a shitload of money just by normally operating their services. Bank deposits interest rate is what probably Mallick is spending one night in town. This has to be one the worse scenario.

Should we believe visa just made it without any notice? Who said so? Epassporte (mr.mallick) told us they didn't know about it, and should we believe ?? If he says the truth where are the wires??? Any of you got wire? I was one of the first who sent wire request, as I did it just one hour after the message from epassporte and money are still there. So I am just starting to think this is a long story which lasts for a year or two, when they found out they will have problems with visa they just made the show, huge show, come on 20M for the movie is nothing copmparing to the money on the bank accounts and what do you know about the bank - look at it, they don't have title on the main page even. What do you know about the place where the bank is situated. I am still waiting for the wire but should I be so naive? I have seen some payment systems bankrupts ... And they always say same things. Be patient your money are safe, after some time when everybody is cool they disappear. SO ANY OF YOU GOT THE WIRE? I got email saying - we are on holidays and will start on Tuesday, .... It's Friday. No confirmations and no info about the wires....
