No, it is not. If an undercover cop says, "hey, do you know where I can get a car?" to a street thug then you might have a case for entrapment.

When I lived in Baltimore City my car was broken into multiple times, cars were constantly stolen on my street and crime was out of control.

I've not had a single problem since moving to the suburbs.

Watch the show called "Jacked." It's based out of East Orange and Newark and Irvington NJ. Little can be done aside from educating these kids that stealing cars will get you in a lot of trouble. But that's a side effect of "keeping it real" I suppose :/

Do those wind turbines bother you at all? I was just curious as they are putting a bunch of them up in my area, but thankfully not near my house.

I just heard some people are bothered by them, something about low frequency noise generated by them that drive some people crazy and make it so they can't sleep.
