If you are incorporated in Germany and target the German audience, you need to add age verification to your adult site. And that age verification is a nuisance! I'm not talking about an age dropdown box. You need to use an external service for age verification.

I'd recommend these options:

1. Setup a presence in Monaco for tax-free status, but actually live outside Monaco borders in southern France, much cheaper. Or something similar with Andorra if you like skiing.

2. Dubai - a warm place during winters, but you have to use encryption for hard drives and internet connection to avoid trouble. Though the tax-free zone is completely different rules from rest of Dubai.

3. Caribbean Islands - tax-free, very inexpensive, safe. Or Mexico/Belize like someone suggested, but away from the border area.

All of these options "work" equally well, I'd recommend traveling and trying each to see what you like most.

Being in our business and permanently living in a taxed or "low"-taxed country is not smart - tax-free all the way!

If you are a UK tax payer you can declare yourself non resident and have no taxes assessed if you are out of the country for certain time parameters. You don't have to have to have to have residence elsewhere you just have to be out of the UK within the parameters.

I know for sure you can' spend more than 90 days in the UK in one tax year. But there are others too.

Anyways to OP. Given UK tax law. Best to visit a few places on medium term stay than just up and move, tax wise anyways.

After four years here, I recommend you investigate Panama. Panama is stable, US dollar based, is growing economically, does not tax income earned out the country, allows anyone to create a corporation and have anonymous ownership. Seriously a great place for both business and lifestyle.

u still owe taxes to the USA if u are american no matter where u live..

i did panama for around 2yrs.. it gets boring.. it rains way too much(7-8 months a year), and a lot of things frustrate me.. ur cable goes down.. goodluck getting it back up....

people dont speak much english.. its a fucking hidden racist country(against dark people), and its a monotonous country.. nothing to do apart from going to the country side to hit up beaches, or going to the night clubs...

On the plus side, its warm, cheap, and the girls are decent, and the colombian girls there are smoking if u wanna pay

Im now in san diego.. way better weather.. cleaner... shit doesnt frustrate me.. however the only downside is its more expensive.. but at least shit works well here, it never rains, the roads are good, and now i just visit panama every few months to see friends

anyway think twice before panama.. i know few people who moved there, then later realized when it comes down to it its a shitty country.. a lot of the americans who live there dont even spend time there.. always going to the usa every other month, and have to order all their products from amazon.. defeats living in another country eh??

As to the negatives about Panama. You might like living here, I do. But whether you live here or not, basing a business in Panama makes good economic sense.

As to US taxpayers needing to file and pay the IRS, it is true but...

1. If your company, a Panama SA, a legal entity, holds the it's income in Panama and it is not paid out to you it is not taxable by the US until you pay it out to you.

2. also there is a nice sized, about $90,000 plus rent and utilities tax exemption if you live and work overseas. So your first 90K of income is tax free.
