Had a nice chat with Leigh from CashX

It was mainly social but we did talk some biz aswell.

I have to say, I like the way these guys are thinking and the way they work.

One of the key things I wanted to just point out on here was the fact these guys are trying more than their best they can to work with you and fill in blanks other companies don't even seem to realise exist. I also noted from our conversation that even though there is already a ton of features they are working hard to make new and simpler functions available.

And that they are working with security, compliance and regulations at hand. That isn't something I have seen 100% from some of the other options out there. Not saying they ain't doing it, just haven't seen it.

Looking forward to seeing what is to come from the team because they certainly have some great ideas

Did they let you know which banks around the world hold the wallet funds and if ALL the cards are from the US bank or if some are from other banks and which banks those are?

From what I understand, all cards are issued from the US Bank.

As for banking arrangements, I am not 100% sure.

The key thing on the banking front for me is they are the only one that is FDIC insured (as far as I know, paxum, okpay and payoneer ain't)

I've said it before here... There appear to be several viable options available now that, together, will replace ePassporte. I really doubt any one company will dominate the adult pay card space ever again. I think there will be 4 or 5 companies that end up sharing the market and that is a good thing. OKPAY is a great, CashX seems quite good also and I am hearing good things about i-payout. I don't think Payoneer is going anywhere, but I will never use their service. Paxum is a big question mark for me, but at least one big program has started using them so maybe they will stick around. Will be interesting to see where we are in 6 months time.

This is where I can't really say anything other than: Cash X wants to go further.

I got my payoneer card today actually, the funny thing about that is they really didn't need to send me one if the support would work. I'm not going to use them too much but certain sponsors it's the only option (at the moment)

At one point they said they had other options for international customers in terms of the cards but never clarified or stated which banks they would be from.

Yes, their card (assuming it's from the US bank) appears to be insured while the others aren't as far as we can tell. Paxum uses a Canadian bank for the wallet so that's insured as well... But I don't have a clue what banks CashX uses for the wallet so have no idea... They made some vague comment about it depending on where you lived when I asked.

The big boy on the block though I think is emc2payouts.. I think they said that their primary bank is BOA. They have some awesome options like being able to load other prepaid cards (Payoneer, Paxum etc.) from your account and also transfering to your bank in a lot of different countries as opposed to doing a wire transfer.

The thing about different cards I believe was pointed out by Terry on here. He said something along the lines of they are working on different options, not issuing from different banks.

I'm pretty sure the meaning behind that is if you are in canada you can order a canadian dollar account, us will be USD, if you are in europe you can order a EURO card etc. And I'm pretty sure that was something he said was being arrange or sorted or in the pipeline.

I couldn't say 100% because I don't know myself.

CashX.com states they are a registered money transfer business in Canada. Paxum isn't and they even stated that on here, so I'm not sure where that leaves them.

CashX also allows direct bank transfers, just like paypal and emc2payouts. no need for wires. Lots of other load options from cashx aswell.

I just want to correct you on the following statement that you have made:

As I have mentioned, CashX uses BMO as well in Canada for our CAD eWallet funds, but we use our bank in the United States for our USD eWallet funds. This way all USD funds in our eWallet are insured with our deposit holding bank.
BMO USD dollar accounts ARE NOT insured here in Canada! only CAD funds are (CDIC) insured, which is the equivalent to FDIC in the USA. So if something happens to those funds in route to Canada, THEY are not insured by any institution. The FDIC is the only institution that insures the US dollar!

Within a weeks time, CashX members will be able to load their CashX eWallet funds on to their credit cards as well as their prepaid cards. We are in the process of completing this integration in our system.

Just want to correct you.....what we said is that we have applied and we are not sure why it was not listed yet but on 10-15 they indeed did list us.

http://www10.fintrac-canafe.gc.ca/ms...earch-eng.html and search paxum

I think Paxum said they had applied for that as well.

At this point though, CashX is almost a none starter.. A number of sponsors I promote are offering Payoneer, Paxum or PayPal but not CashX... My main sponsors haven't implemented anything yet and I suspect when they do it will probably be emc2payouts. I liked CashX but they haven't got the traction of the others.

I believe it's just getting started (and I don't mean the company)

There is quite a few listed here http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=991578

em2payouts I haven't really seen many sponsors switch to other than webcams.com
