After reading this entire thread, the ONLY conclusion I have come to is that Smashbucks looks bad. Bad enough that I wouldn't use them for fear of personal info possibly becoming public at some point.:(

I have no idea what went down. I was not there lol I could not tell you if the guy was trying to checkout of his own room or what. I have no clue. I was at the airport as far as I can tell.

You certainly don't seem to be acting evasive since you have now provided pix of the most likely people that would have been involved, plus you have provided an alibi that appears believeable on the surface.

If you are cleared of this, I certainly hope that your reputation will be restored, since it sucks to be accused of something that you did not do.

Seriously Lisa, if you had nothing to do with it at all, just leave the thread and call your lawyer in the morning. You have a fairly nice libel case, especially if you don't win the Booble contest.

I just hope someone doesn't lose a credit card at a convention and someone finds it and tries to pay my hotel bill for me.

Wasn't there a 5 page thread, with ppl complaining how poor the front desk services were? I'd be more suspect of the Hard Rock's employees.

I truly like and support CAZA as he truly is a great guy in this industry and it sucks to loose a wallet; however, last month I was at the Sheraton in Buenos Aires and I do not due express checkout. I always go to the front desk and review the bill and pay at the desk. Well this time when I got to the front desk, they told me that my bill was paid on my AMX. I used my VISA when I check in and they mysteriously charged my room to another person?s AMX card that was staying at the hotel. Anyways I had them use my VISA and reverse the charges on the mysterious AMX card.

Again CAZA I hope you resolve this and get your property back and looking forward to seeing you in Florida.
