It's gotta be a front desk human error, transposing room numbers/card numbers or something and they are probably more than happy to go with the thief theory rather than admit their fuckups in among other things charging a canceled card.

How the fuck could they charge a canceled card anyhow that had been reported stolen? Aren't they supposed to hit the red button under the desk to bring Metro to arrest the thief instead of accepting a stolen canceled card? :helpme

Caza, you need to give a blow by blow timeline of the events ..like Lisa did.

What did the Hotel say when you asked them how could they charge something to a stolen canceled card etc ? :error

Quite honestly, from the way she has conducted herself through this fiasco, she seems like the type of person that would think an apology would be nice, but would rather know that people realize now that she had no part in all that happened and that it all be dropped so she can get back to her life as it was before MikeHawk's ignorant, immature, and utterly stupid initial post..

I was thinking the same thing. Doesn't add up. He is going to get his $300 refund through his card anyway. If they show him the tapes i bet it isn't anyone he will recognize. Hotel will give him her person contact info but wont send him a still image of the person on the tape. Making the trip sounds like a waste of money.
