Michael O - Epassporte - time for some answers
 

My funds are not available almost 2 weeks later , time for some answers.

#1 what are the "program deficiencies" referred to by VISA regarding epassporte ?

#2 What exactly are you/epassporte waiting for ?

#3 Why can i not access/transfer my funds online , as visa has reported we should be able to.

While i understand Michael is not epassporte , you are a rep and can find the answer to these questions as your customers would like/deserve to know.

"fund are in motion" and "money is safe" are unacceptable answers.

I don't think Michael has the answers. He may be the best thing that ever happened to epass, but only the owner and maybe few others know whats really going on. And its been just 1 working week.

If another week passes like this one, epass is fucked. Sadly I have no expectation a thing will change. They've given not one straight answer since this begun, clearly they have a lot to hide.

what good is epass if programs stop payout via them? fucking useless.

They really had to get this shit sorted out or explained before the next sponsor paymeny period - they've done fuck all, they'll have virtually fuck all deposited by sponsors this month - it's DEAD.

Those are 100% valid questions and deserve answers ASAP. If consise answers are not given then that leads me to believe most of the theories that have been written already, epass is full of shit and in some deep trouble and all money is gone and Not "in motion" nor safe. !!!:2 cents:

Michael O has a contract with epassporte and he can't say business secrets to anybody :)

He's not going to answer your questions. He's already stated that he's no longer monitoring the boards, even on "official" threads he started.

i dont know mr mallick, but i have read that he solved some similar problem when he was with epoch? he doesnt look like guy who want to run, and now if he will, i think his online business is at the end. but as i say, i dont know him, i still have faith that we will be able to use epass visa again, as payoneer sounds so complicated with few sponsors only ... lets hope it will be solved now or soon

Actually it is already happened. You don't have to wait for another week to understand this. As about Michael, so he is just a messenger. Don't ask him too much.

1 - doesn't make any sense to announce 'the deficiencies' if they haven't been resolved cuz if they're not fixed with sufficient documentation, u aint gettin yo money

2 - "you can't get yo money" is probably not what you wanna hear so, they're probably working on #1 so you can get yo money

3 - st kitts is where yo money is at and st kitts intitiated the action that cut you off from yo money. please refer to number 1 as to why you can't have yo money.

basically, all these questions won't have answers until they're ready to say 'everythang is cool, y'all can have yo money!' ...so really, the only resolution is to STFU and wait cuz bitchin aint speedin up the process (note the epp official thread thats waaaay to fucking long)

Time is crucial factor here and people can't wait any longer for a "solution". People need their money to pay the bills and buy some food. Not saying what's the problem here is only making things a way worse. Even if it was a security issue, missing money or whatever. Only honest answers could give e'pass a bit of time for surviving the storm now.

By this time, I would say Epassporte should pay interest to customers and/or reduce fees because funds were locked in for several weeks.

epassporte is making a statement later today about making a statement sometime in the future but is 100% confident this future statement will happen

I dont see point bugging Michael O since he obviously not getting any answers.

What I want to know is if the employees of epass have any contact at all with their boss and why we see epass employees (Shaliza for example) logged in to gfy every day following the posting here without leaving any replys...

I do trust Michael though. He told me he is 100% sure it will be solved. So I still trust in epass but they handle this very bad. Very bad.

Psychologically, the individual is saying, "I understand ePass will die, but if I could just have more time..."


4. Depression ? "I'm so sad, why bother with anything?"; "ePass is going to die... What's the point?"; "I miss my money, why go on?"
During the fourth stage, the broke person begins to understand the certainty of ePass's death. Because of this, the individual may become a lurker, refuse trolling or spend much of the time crying and grieving. I wouldnt expect him to reply to every dumbass question but a daily update thread would be nice. Recapping the cluster fuck and assuring people that reps are still available.

Exactly. You guys are treating the guy like shit. Hes not the owner so why be pissed at him. I dont get it. I understand he works for them but its no reason to abuse him. If i was him i would not post shit. MO has helped me serveral times over the years for epass misshaps and hes always taken care of it. If he could give everyone their money i am sure he would be the first to do it. For all you people who have worked for sales/customer support how would you feel if the company you worked for something like this happened and you have people threating you and asking you the same question over and over. Moral of the above dribble don't shot the messenger.
