Wikileaks - An insight into child porn (wow)

This is a VERY long read, but is an in depth look at how child porn started and where it is today. Fascinating information about how the child porn creeps are beating law enforcement these days.

Link: http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/An...orn/index.html

Also a few shocking statements in there, like this one:

Quote:
Even Web sites that still exist, such as Met-Art.com bought productions in 2000 with 11-14 year old girls, and everything was billed through the very serious CCBill (this series are no longer at Met-Art Journal).
I know most of you retards won't read it, but those of you who do will probably be as shocked as I was about it all. God damn Russians.

Amazing to think that just 10 years ago such content was somewhat accepted, at least from a hosting / billing point of view. Times change.

I wonder what Banks are still working with them today, assuming that operation is even still in running.

A few years ago there were these kinds of problems with the magazine "Seventeen" in the Netherlands. When the Internet emerged, the company produced entirely legal pornography with young people aged 16. As long as this was sold in the Netherlands, it was no problem. But with the advent of the Internet Seventeen wanted to sell the pictures and videos on the internet as well. It was not long until it hit the headlines everywhere for "child pornography", especially in the USA. This became a huge political pressure on the Dutch authorities.
Why i never touched that shit with a ten foot pole, you're playing with fire.
I mean for fuckssakes its called Seventeen!

Startling report, wow this world is fucked up.

Great article. I had no idea that so much CP content was hosted in Germany. I have friends from Western Europe who have shot models in Russia and Ukraine and told me some truly crazy stories about mothers and fathers literally begging them to shoot content with their very underage daughters because they needed the money. That Russians and Ukrainians are so involved does not surprise me at all. The end of the article where he talks about how to fix the problem is especially interesting.

if the punishment for producing or having more than 20 pictures or videos of child porn was death, it wouldnt take long for the demand to wean. at least in the US..

So long as they could PROVE without a shadow of a doubt that those 20 pics are yours, I totally agree with you.

I read the whole thing, I am a slow thorough reader so it took me some time. There are a lot of points in it that I disagree with but I cannot fault his argument except this one;

Quote:
The possession of child pornography should be decriminalized, and only its production and distribution should remain a criminal offense. Physical violence against a person, no matter what age, should be drastically and severely punished.
If you allow for possession of this type of content then you are encouraging the production of it. If someone can financially gain from it with the end user facing no repercussions, then its availability would become even more rampant. The writer full explains how the distributors are beating the governments.

the writer (Mr X) really did not seem to have anything to gain for pointing it out and I see no reason to not believe that portion of the article at all. It makes sense with the witch hunts that have been going on for years

you're right, it doesn't make any sense. it's exactly the same as the decriminalization of marijuana idea. it doesn't do anything to change anything, at all. it's either legal or illegal, how the fuck do you halfway it?

interestig article though, particularly the points on how they distribute.

True. Because having the death penalty has totally stopped all serious crime in America.

http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/dete...r-murder-rates

Oh no, my bad, having the death penalty actually INCREASES the murder rate.

Genius.

To me what the article illustrates; is that many of the prosecutions of simple possessors of CP may be cases of infected zombie computers that are part of the botnet that is used for the dissemination of CP.

Unfortunately, law enforcement is technically ill equipped to shut down and prosecute the purveyors and distributors of CP.

There is also the problem of different laws regarding the age of majority. There needs to be an international treaty setting the legal age for recorded sexual images. (I would suggest this to be 18-years-of-age).

Law enforcement must work on stopping the distribution of CP rather than on doling out punishment to its end user. The "War on Drugs" is an example NOT to follow as it has proved ineffective.

yes thats great, tell that to a U.S. judge or any other country where under 18 is illegal for adult content.
the name Seventeen implies the girls are 17, this is jail time in the U.S. and elsewhere.

thanks for the post, it's uncomfortable to think about or discuss these issues but working in the adult industry, we should be properly educated about the CP industry. before reading the article i really had no idea how that industry did or did not relate to ours (other than they are considered scum of the earth and unwelcome in our arena). too many times i have had people in the mainstream world lump our industries together. it isn't easy to explain thoroughly how separate they are considering we both fall under the "sex entertainment" umbrella. there are rogues and criminals in virtually every industry, just as in life. there are a couple of people that i am going to share that article with that often debate me on what i do for a living and throw the "CP card" at me as an arguement for their cause (proving that what i do is completely immoral, illegal or toxic to the world).

Dirty sponsors should be the only ones held legally responsible, not affiliates or visitors.

Want TGP owners to start reviewing documents of each gallery submitted? Want visitor to research documents?

Also, I am in an unfavourable position: earlier, I was for a while strongly involved in the field of children models. From this time period I know of hundreds of pedophiles and have virtual contact with designers, programmers and operators of the sites that operate today's CP [Child Pornography]. I have even got to know personally some of the girls (and their families) in the famous CP sets.

lol can you believe I read that whole article and did not see that line?

I did see this though:

You see the kids grinning a big fun in front of the camera. I know some of these children are now teenagers or have even reached the age of majority. Many regret that they no longer can be models and did not understand why they suddenly no longer were photographed. Even tougher pictures from St. Petersburg show girls in their first voluntary sexual experimentation. Also there you can see that for the girls it is a game and that they had fun. I know that in most cases the mother was informed and that she allowed the daughter to participate. Nobody has suffered, no one has been forced and these were free decisions - why cannot the society simply accept this fact? Even money was not always the driving force. There were certainly girls from very good homes that had no shortage of money. But they had a passion for voyeurism, naked posing, etc. at a very young age

Oh no, my bad, having the death penalty actually INCREASES the murder rate.

Genius.
that argument has been going on for years...

part of the issue is that people can stay on death row for years with appeal after appear..

lets bring back public hanging and public stoning for the death penalty and see how fast the serious crimes go down..

in any case, we kicked your ass over 200 years ago for meddling in our business...

worry about how your going to get all your peoples fucked up teeth fixed in your recession...
