This is certainly a valid argument. If Kaycee Brooks/Summer has a valid test, she's just as good to go as any other performer in this industry...unless we start policing and/or evaluating everyone's personal lives, this girl has just as much of a right to work as any other performer.

Imagine if we really could police/evaluate EVERY adult performer's private life...I dunno if there would be any sort of "industry" left.

I would not hire anyone when I know that the circumstances are as they are here.

I know for a fact that OSHA has dolled out 14K fines to, two producers that i know personally. I have seen the fines myself. These fines were because the shot the little gay kid "Benedict" Burts without a condom. And when they shot him, he too had a clean test.

The PCR-DNA test will only detect 2 - 3 weeks out.

While it's way better than nothing, no test is 100%.

The girl should be totally banned from working in the industry, even with a "clean" test. But like it has been said before, a lot of people don't know her. If I met her today, there is a good chance I'd have no idea who she is.
