So besides the money they may have lost, they lost time, money, try to clear are the problems AFSC created.

Then go and try to build a new reputation. Trust, respect and loyalty are never gifts, they are payment to those who deserve it.

If you're joining a custom shooter with a client. Then that custom shooter had better be in house or so under your control he dare not screw up. Unknown custom shooters are an accident waiting to happen.

Yes I have already been doing that and it's a lot of work... I am going to do my best to right the wrongs... It's as simple as, do what you say and say what you do... that's it... you tell people you are going to do something and you don't, you lose... I won't be that way, and if anyone acts that was with anyone here, then it's either them or me... it's that simple...

As far as I know there are no unknown custom shooters... I was thinking of asking shooters I know and have worked with to do custom orders... but I have too much to do right now to get to that... one step at a time...

I re-read the old thread from a year ago and it wasn't you or your previous employers that got ripped off by a bogus producer, it was "a close associate of [yours]" and you were warning people. No one thought you ripped anyone off, but that post made it sound like you were involved with the victim. Anyway, good luck with your new position, sounds like you have some challenges ahead. As someone who specializes in shooting custom content aimed at pleasing buyers and end users I can sympathize with your plight.

No problem... that's all I can do right now is make sure everyone I talk to and work with is happy and gets what they want... they updated the system so everything is fully downloadable so that is in the process of taking care of one problem, the biggest one I see so far... I have other ideas to help make the site smoother and more user friendly, but first I want to right the wrongs and make sure everyone ordering is getting everything they need...

Thank you for your post... I like to work with everyone and anyone... and with everything going on lately the more we stick together and work WITH each other, instead of against the better we will all be...

As per Loryn's instructions, every photoset on the site now has preview thumbs available, and every video on the site has a preview video you can download.

Also, with the assistance of Loryn's people, every photoset and video shown on the site is available for immediate download. Loryn's goal was to take away the need for a customer service rep... if what you order can downloaded instantly, no need to speak to anyone. And under Loryn's new direction that's exactly where we're at.

(note that some photos or videos may not yet have "cover" thumbs added, but the details page will still display preview of the sets/videos.)

Thanks for lookin' out... I appreciate it... I went into this job knowing about a lot of the problems and issues... I spoke with all the people I've worked with over the last 9 years in online, and they dug deep to see if there was anything shady, so far no shady just horrible customer service and horrible organization in dealing with customer service and orders, which was the reason I was hired, to clean house and fix these issues... so far so good...

I didn't ask to be paid in advance, but it's kinda funny that that is how it worked out... LOL we didn't talk about doing it that way, just happened, and so far everyone is happy... I've even been paid upfront on deals I've brought in that are still being processed... I guess when you're upfront and show consistency by doing what you say and saying what you do, people want to make sure you are happy and want to stay...

Everything takes time, so I'll visit this thread in 6 months and post how things are going... time is the only way to tell...
