As I told earlier, there is more gay clubs in Moscow and Saint Petersburg than in a whole your country. The mentioned law, has no relation to gays. Furthermore, it never been applied. Yes, while you are crying about "those pure Russian children who you can't promote a male-to-male sex", nobody was fined for that here.
