Yeah, the intentions of that 60 year old guy were far from pure. |

On more than one occasion I saw him sneaking what appeared to be minors (I'd guess 14 to 16 year old's) in the little passage way behind his place. I called the cops, but as far as I know, nothing came of it. The city I was living in changed the law so that sex offenders could not live anywhere in the city limits because they'd always be too close to a school or church. That was done by design, as however many feet it was guaranteed every house was within that distance of one or the other. Unfortunately, he was grandfathered in, and despite wanting to move, he would not for that very reason. He could not move anywhere else in the city and still be grandfathered in. |

90% of the letters the jailers didn't even open them up to exam them, pisses me off.
They have RB on them all, Return Back. http://i.imgur.com/7ypLAq8.jpg |
On another note, I'll notify the reporter he told me about.
In addition to that I'll send him one final hand written letter and make some suggestions to him on taking a plea based off of my former friend's experience. I'll also send him some farewell books. |

Personally I would like to see this all go to trial - I want to know the details. |

I don't know the legal system extremely well because I've rarely had any run ins with the law other than a handful of traffic violations. A sex offender charge sucks but I would take that if my situation wasn't looking good and it meant only 6 months (time already served in his case) versus doing 10-15 and getting the charges anyway. Unless he is utterly innocent and knows it... but considering past history this is unlikely. If he had lots of money there wouldn't be any problem, and he'd get a kickass attorney. Keeping your mouth shut helps too. If he lived in a different country and had money he could have bought himself out. One GFYer that was banned off of here was arrested for fucking high school aged girls (when he wasn't photographing them) in a South American country, it wasn't discussed outright but over about a 6 months time period and because he had money he was able to get out. Almost everyone will frown on Donny for the circumstances he's created, what I find revolting is the whole preachy/godly stance he has taken. Religious repression always double backs in people acting out in extra devious ways. |
And here we go again with some more crazy.....
The police officer involved in Donny's - Capt. Lewis McElfresh - waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Why would ANYONE ever do that? Innocent or guilty, if you can prevent a case from going to trail why wouldn't you? Here is where the crazy comes in.... McElfresh is charged with five felonies — burglary, arranging a meeting with a minor for the purpose of immoral acts, unlawful sex with a minor, child endangerment and providing a firearm to a convicted felon — and misdemeanor indecent exposure and annoying or molesting a minor. Most of the charges involve a single incident in which he allegedly masturbated while watching another defendant, Donny Pauling, have sex with a minor. Pauling is facing three criminal cases for sexual acts against minor teen girls, including the incident involving McElfresh. "Lewis McElfresh loves (the minor), and he would never do anything to harm her," Santana said Thursday. Wait, what? He "loves" the minor? That's a special kind of crazy right there. Full article: McElfresh case to trial after prelim is waived - Appeal-Democrat: News I have to admit it will be interesting to see all of this play out in court. |
At best that sick fuck of a cop should lose his badge, and put into the general population in prison and let them rape his pedo ass. Disgusting fucker

edit: I forwarded the last letter to Monica Vaughn, she never emailed me back despite me asking her to confirm. I wonder if she is following this thread?
I wrote my final letter to Donny today, finally got around to it, lol. In it I told him if he could take a plea deal he should consider it despite the severe drawbacks. Told him that if money wasn't an issue he'd probably be out of this mess already. I made sure to tell him (he hasn't heard directly from me since my first letter) that his letters did not disappoint and that this thread got a healthy second wind as a result. I also went into detail about my little fiasco with the police and how I had been wrongfully investigated. :) and how all of GFY turned into stupid dummies and attacked me. How life can be unfair sometimes. :anon Also sent him Spam Nation by Brian Krebs and Stephen King's new novel Revival. Most of all my hope is despite the utter mess he is in, he will lose complete track of that and get the onset of an overwhelming urge to send more letters back. More letters mean more entertainment! |
http://i.imgur.com/wTF6Ojp.gif?1 I never think of this person, until his thread pops up on the first page, late on a summers eve. http://i.imgur.com/acBmIdk.gif Creeps me out https://33.media.tumblr.com/df7a7f89...y6uyo1_400.gif / Thread |

Jail or any imprisonment must suck, utter boredom. Donny likes stimulation and getting a rise, must have really upset him that he couldn't read the replies to this thread. :) |

Example of those 5 felonies 2 + misdemeanor the are for the same crime. I dunno if that guy is guilty or innocent but it really annoys me that the common practice of the so called justice system is not to find innocence or guilt, but rather to throw a bunch of charges at the same crime, hoping at least some stick.. |

Moved to another jail?

That is a lot of charges he's got going on there.... |

I disagree. One action can be multiple crimes. For example, consider a person using a gun to steal a car. That one act can be the crime of theft/car jacking , as well as assault (shoving a gun in the driver' face). It is legitimate to charge the suspected criminal on both counts. And if two people committed the car jacking, and planned it before hand, there is also the crime of conspiracy. |
they don't go to prison the first time :2 cents::2 cents:

Unless you have money you are fucked. Donny is going to trial with on charges of molestation with a public defender.... Even if he is found completely innocent he will have lost everything. |
