The dates show when the data is from and you can see the month/year at the bottom of each graph. I show the data the way I do because that is how I have my program and spreadsheet set up. It is a simple sort of the spreadsheet for me to see whatever date ranges I want to see.

Oh boy, I will. There is absolutely no chance that whales, who I believe have to go through a process to increase their spending limit disappear. Here's a example, someone with over 570 transactions, and $17k+ in revenue was last seen 285 days ago? The funny thing is, that this same user was returned to me 2 times already in the last 3 years, so no, I'm not ignoring these kind of things.

What will you do about it? Keep bugging them?

It is pretty much the same. I have someone who was returned two times.

More than 100 000$ in spending and I after he is returned to me he spends for like a month and disappears again, funny thing is that the first time they returned it, they gave me like $2400 the second time he was missing for months and gave me $18 afterwards he spent like 150$ in 45 days and disappeared again.

From my top 50 spenders 35 have been inactive for more than 90 days :D

Okay, so excluding models been credited an existing referred user.... Let's say a whale of a few years comes across another cam site and starts using that instead, thus taking a break from CB. Then, some years later via another affiliates site/promotion efforts says to himself "I remember CB" revisits via new affiliates link and either has forgotten his old account or just decides to create a new fresh account, should the old affiliate be credited with this user?

Yeah, well.. if you report that member as missing, and it turns out that the member has a new account, they will most likely return it to you, because you were the one originally referring him to cb. fair or not, we want our whales back haha

Not meaning to be argumentative here, but have some comments and questions.


First, the process to increase the limit is not that hard or invasive. I have gone through the process when I buy tokens for contests, I go in and buy 10k tokens when I have a contest.

Second, the idea that whales never disappear is absurd. People die, they get girlfriends, they get married, they lose jobs, they get bored, there are literally millions of reasons why a whale might stop buying after buying for a long time.

I have asked before, not sure if it was you or someone else, but how do you know you have a user returned twice? When they are returned, they are not returned under the same userid, they have the new user id. I sent in 18 ids all together, of that CB said they returned 5. I have no way of identifying which 5 were returned and what userids they were returned under. I know they were not returned under the userid I sent because they accounts I sent have generally not continued buying.

So, I am curious how you know that you sent the same user twice and had it returned twice,

Yes, my most recent Ticket reply did sound like AI.

Continuing on the question of returned users.

Below is list of the users I inquired about. In December 2023, I sent 9 users (in yellow) that had not spent in at least a year and had spent at least $5000. CB said they returned 3 of them to me.

As you can see, they still show no sales for 2022, 2023 or 2024. So, the returned users were not returned under the same id as far as I can tell. I assume that at least some of the returned users continued buying but if they did it was under a different userid.

In February 2023, I sent another 9 users (in green). This time the criteria was that they had stopped spending sometime in 2022 (as late as Oct 2022) and that they had spent at least $5000 before disappearing. CB said they returned 2 of them.

Now in that group I do have 2 users that did buys after I sent them in (highlighted in blue). I see no way to prove that those are the 2 users that were returned. I assume, like the first batch that they were returned under a new userid.

I could dig deeper and make some swag as to which the new user ids are but I really have no way to tie them back to the original users I sent to CB to have checked.

Thus my questions regarding how you know you had the same user returned twice. Even if you only sent in one user and they said it was returned, I see no way of telling what userid it was returned as.

uum, now when i think about, that's a good one. I however believe that even tho i send em the old, user id, they are able to identify the user.. but yeah, that's a good one actually. time to go back and re analyze my stats ;)

Yes, they can identify that the old user came back and signed up under a different affiliate/model. They can use various data for that match.

But I don't believe they change that user back to the old id. I believe they would keep the user under the new id and just switch which affiliate they belong to.

And all of that is just an educated guess based on what I see in my stats.

OK to put it simply for this particular person I know 100% that it is him cause he is from a country that I ONLY had 2 people.

One spent like 100$ in total and the other spent like 10 000k in a month.

Once he disappeared for 4 months I messaged them they gave it back and gave me like 6500$ (if I remember correctly).

Afterwards he started spending and again and in a few months disappeared again...

Last time I checked there were not enough characters in the form to enter a bc1-address, only 34 I think. And bc1 is 42.

When I last checked three years ago, it was not possible to add SegWit Bitcoin addresses. I wanted to know if this feature has been added recently or not.

use cb-stats.com or create your own db and import the csv.. that way you can list, sort, view everything

It's too late now anyway. The last 2 requests I sent to Chaturbate regarding stolen spenders were responded to with the generic copy paste message. Seems the days of them checking is over. :(

You use that CB Stats url? Personally I dont feel too comfortable using a public third party script so I was looking to find out on my own.

If you don't want to use CB Stats, you have to be comfortable manipulating the data on your own. The most basic way would be sort the CSV by user and then look for users who had spent for a long time and then suddenly stopped spending.

You don't know for sure that they've been stolen, though. You used to be able to send a list of users to CB who you thought may have been stolen and then they would investigate and return any commissions from that user. But they stopped doing that.

When did they stop? I send in users every month and last time I did it they returned a spender to me. This was only a couple of weeks ago

Interesting. I'm just going based on the reports of others here in the thread. The last time I did it was July 2023. You're the first in a while to say they've had spenders returned.

Thanks Pal, I will try that... Will open the file in Excel and sort by userid, if they purchased a lot in the past but suddenly stopped purchasing I will add those users to the list.

The only problem I have is getting the full data... I probably have more than 100,000 items during all the years promoting them and they only offer CSV with max 10K items.
