Looks like you are right. I thought it was just a slow day.

Sales for the past 3 days have been brutal.

Stats has been stuck since yesterday. Also noticed significant drop in Total Money Spent/Payout after last glitch and 'affiliate cookie' update. Hope CB will fix it soon.

Feeling more and more like the prolonged death of CCBill affiliate program.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same issue. Stats seem frozen, and the drop in earnings is definitely concerning. Hopefully, CB sorts it out soon.

what is happening with chaturbate?

Yesterday was all zeroes and today as well. This is the third day this period that had no transactions counted.

Let's stay relax. It's out of our hand. Either it comes back and we're happy, or it doesnt and theres nothing we can do anyway.

I have reached out to Shirley from Chaturbate directly and pointed her to this thread with the complaints, let's see if she says anything back to me

the stats don't exist for the 5th, even the monthly affiliates are frozen and the general spending. This is an issue for everyone

Is that reflected when a graph is generated, like the one above?

If you're able to generate/share something like that, which clearly shows $0 (hovering the cursor over it as well to display "2025-03-05 Affiliates revenue: 0"), that would be appreciated -- I don't have access to cb-stats myself. This is what I need in order to post about the problem on the Amber forum.

Sales have stopped for the past 35 hours, this is the first time this has happened to me.

Hopefully it's just a reporting issue and not a credit card processing issue or worse. Has anyone tried a test purchase to see if their system is functioning?

Seems corrected, yesterday still reflects zero earnings, but I get a nice amount as today started which would seem to align with makeup from yesterday.

This is what the past three days look like for me, and my total for this period.

I don't think I have seen any program fall apart so fast. Especially compared to where it was before the beginning of February. All of my spenders just disappeared overnight after Feb 3. I emailed them about it and got the "has its ups and downs" email back.

Ouch, chargebacks can be brutal. Looks like you're on pace to have to send CB a payment at the end of the period.

I suppose the point I was making is that while there are no transactions showing up there are certainly chargebacks being counted.

It's a bummer, especially considering where I was sitting just a couple months ago.

Did you look into your account to verify no transactions were happening and that the chargebacks weren't just offsetting them? Also, were those heavy chargebacks from one spender recently who most likely was using a fraudulent credit card?

I am seeing a few transactions today, but nothing close to offsetting the down time.

The chargebacks are a bummer, but the biggest issue for me is having all of my spenders somehow disassociated with my account after Feb 3.

Did any state age verification come into play then? Maybe they were put off by that

It was having issues earlier but should be back to normal now.

It seems that the benefits of some accounts are not counted. My income today is 0 so far, and the number of registrations is normal.

Last period I had four days with zero, and two days with less than zero, so zero and chargebacks. I'm at a fraction of where I was before whatever happened to my spenders and the stats on February 3. I have a lot of traffic and get triple digit signups each period.

I only get the canned "ups and downs" email response from support.

For a long time now it's clear that complaining on GFY is like pissing in the wind, no one of consequence reads these posts.

A few years back there was a guy here in this thread (Megafapper) who had the bright idea about raising grievances on Twitter and other high volume platforms and he actually got CB to change their bot algorithms and a shitstorm ensued. Complaining here will get you no where.
