Last year I went full Stripchat but few months ago I switched back to CB.

The promo tools and the website (affiliate side) are much better on Stripchat but it seem that the users spend less, look like its always small tips instead of private shows like on CB.

Send a DMCA defence, something like GoCastaway placed above here.

It's now pissing me off, the day is half way here and already got 6 complaints

jibaiban 08-09-2024 04:47 AM

Is everyone August sale still going well?
Mine dropped by about 40%

Cyrano 08-09-2024 10:08 AM

Okay, the DMCA situation is out of control. Like you PretjeNL, I'm receiving complaints from that same collection of seemingly fake companies.

I've figured out which real company they appear to be associated with: Rulta (https://www.rulta.com/)

I compared the language and style of writing used in the complaints from the fake DMCA services with a complaint from Rulta, and they definitely match.

Does anyone have any idea as to why Rulta would choose to make use of fake names? Possibly to avoid being penalized by Google for dubious, high-volume text-based/automated complaints? I'm on my 6th DMCA complaint for the day today and the situation is getting ridiculous -- they're all affiliated with Chaturbate performers, but they're not from Chaturbate itself.

Here alrdy received nr 8 and 9 for today. The name in the URL was a boy on CB, but when searching on Google i found a girl. Also the name in the URL was different from the name in the complaint. This are just money cowboys....

If i would know 100% for sure that it is Rulta, then they get a BIG "surprise" from me :321GFY

In looking things over, I think I might be wrong. They're causing confusion by using names like "Rulta Sentinel" and "Rulta Sentinel Pro" -- the whole thing is bizarre.

mechanicvirus 08-10-2024 12:05 PM

Anyone have contacts for Infringement Blocker and DMCA Watch Pro

They are sending out false DMCA notices for chaturbate models.... on a page that strictly uses a streamate API that was given permission to use.

Ok thanks! I'll start CCing Rulta along with program/paysite managers for fake DMCA emails.

Damn, that's incredible. Are you able to share with us some of the names of the companies (fake or not)?

Are you able to write a Python counter-claim script? That's probably the best route, frankly.

Long time ago, I disabled the google alerts on most websites. The only reason I still have some its because sometime these stupid bots DMCA your homepage.

The worst here is that they are not fake DMCA request and 90% of the pages are just cam promotional pages where the only thing you see is an embedded chaturbate player and an h1 with the name of the model.

I agree -- they're hijacking Rulta's name: "Rulta Sentinel" and "Rulta Sentinel Pro", etc. Not Rulta though.

The notices, for me, have stopped as of today and yesterday.

If they actually stop after this, it would be quite telling that Rulta's name appears with other companies, they deny it, but then suddenly the false DMCA's do stop?

Yea.... :helpme:helpme:helpme

Yesterday evening (monday) i got the first one again, and now tuesday morning again 2.
So it appears to me that it's a company that got the weekend off.....

Here the whole list of the senders, from some i got more then one:
IPSentinelAdvanced
DMCA Enforcer Elite
Copyright Watchdog Pro
IPShieldAdvanced
PiracyDefensePro
DMCA Watch Pro
DMCA Safeguard Elite
Copyright Blocker Elite
Content Plus
Infringement Patrol Pro
Copyright Safeguard
DMCASentinelElite
IP Enforcer
Copyright Shield
Legal Guard
DMCA Enforcer Plus
Content Enforcer

Does someone know how to contact Google about this?

It's literally impossible for Google to do anything since they act as the middle man here. You basically have to directly find a contact for these companies or as others have said: start a lawsuit or start the process of one.

Who is paying them to do all the dmca's? If you can get them to dmca some words then you will find who is behind it :2 cents:

DMCA companies are often hired by porn companies or pornstars/models.

There is a big problem right now with Onlyfans content being claimed as other content (for example if a model worked for Brazzers, the DMCA agency and herself will claim that is she owns the likeness to the Brazzers content but the link they will use in the Google complaint is often a link to their Onlyfans page).

Plus, go to any adult trade show and you'll see quite a bit of DMCA companies promising models that they will remove any infringing content from the internet. The problem is that this sounds good on paper but in reality, a ton of legit affiliates get caught in the mix and are now having to spend more and more time countering false DMCA filings.

It's incredibly easy for sketchy DMCA companies to be setup overnight with a bootstrapped website and they just straight up contact all kinds of models on fan sites, tube sites, webcam sites, you name it.

So to that I say, yea good luck to fighting that beast, there's a lot of money in dishonesty.

So far I've had 100% reinstatement rate, but I also CC every paysite owner, DMCA agency and sometimes the model on the DMCA complaint.

Hasn't stopped the false filings but certainly takes wind out of the next step of the process which google says is to get the courts involved. Weird that DMCA companies say they are within their legal rights but never act upon it.

Yep, it's weird, I think there is an issue with their operation when; the model hired them, and when we counter and Google ask ID, and court filling needs to be involved ( UNDER RECORD ) my guess is the model refused to provide id to keep their privacy. no one wants their name in the court document. Possibly why it stop there ? I don't know but its working for now LOL.

Not sure what happened to cb in the past few months, but my stats went from mid $x,xxx per pay period to barely reaching the minimum payout limit. Based on my reports, over 140 users went missing in the last 100 days.

I already have mentioned a few times in the past that it is time for CB to put in some rules for the models.

For a long time it's more of a billboard with links to OF and other sites etc. This simply costs us a lot of spenders

There is no other affiliate program where this is allowed.
