This new cookie tracking will be much better for smaller affiliates, no more cooking stuffing and cheating, now a user actually has to engage with the iframe, embed, etc for the cookie to activate!

That was my first thought, and lets hope it's true.

But what do they mean exactly by "engage"?

- Do popups still load the affiliate cookie and should they "engage" with chaturbate (providing cookie not deleted) at anytime during cookie length, I'm good?

- Iframes/embed link direct to chaturbate not via affiliate link, so is the cookie still working via iframe/embed or will have to overlay the iframe with affiliate link (once clicked) to create the engaged hit condition?

Strange, can't have be working, was seeing "0" engaged hits for last 2 days.

I think what they mean by engage is clicking on the affiliate link, whether it's something inside the iframe that takes you to the affiliate link or as an example if VIEW MY CAM is clicked this would be considered an "engagement"

I only saw "engaged" today for 2 hours for the last 2 days on 0, and the regs are also 0 for the past 9 days.

Looks like it's a bigg mess.

I also saw “engaged hits” for a while, but it went back to “Unique Hits”, at my site registrations are normal, and even earnings are better than in the previous period.

After contacting CB, here the regs are back since yesterday, what a coincidence...

It seems right to me what Chaturbate did!
It was not normal to keep cookies only for clicking on the affiliate link.
It is much more correct to keep cookies only for clicks on the interested model, because a lot of traffic came from paid traffic and those who reached that site were not directly interested in the content!

This is what I believe and let someone contradict me if I am wrong!

More effort yielding less results, consistently. It's not based on any provable evidence. 70-80% Revenue drop is abnormal.
The common consensus is that people are spending less. I just think there maybe more to it than just that.

How likely are they to not record a sale from one of their affiliates? Are you able to make a purchase with all new info like address?

I assume it's policy not to provide commission to a sale from an existing affiliate.

There are so many reasons for revenue increases and decreases. If you examine your stats you can usually see the reasons. Spenders leave, they come back, they die, their spouse found their account, they got a spouse and about a zillion others.

For me, this year has been the highest revenue year since I started, about double my average year.

They aren't giving you money making accounts for free. Sure they might be living paycheck to paycheck but this is a forum where people usually come to whine and complain. It doesn't mean they are going to give you free money :D

In fact I will do one better. If anyone feels like they don't want the stress I will give you one years revenue for account providing its had stable income

I'm up slightly over last year, but down from 2022 or earlier years.

As far as revenue my average is pretty steady over the past few years. I do notice that revenue is made up of smaller transactions than it used to be

But if you look at it compared to traffic and effort it is certainly going down.

I do revshare and my payment being held ( BTC ) because account age not verified, uploaded my driving license multiple times which is accepted document by them but it's keep getting rejected as invalid upload, emailed them my document hopefully a person can look at that, it's seems like always i am getting automatic reply
