Yes i already posted this few posts back, stats are same from yesterday for top 10 members. I even pasted the stats. Its same right now as well.

And iFrame adverts are still offline. I've seen them online a few times, maybe 1/4 online and 3/4 offline in the past weeks (or months?).

Punker Barbie is quite active in the Chaturbate section of the forum (https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/forums/chaturbate.73/) and she responds to pretty much all posts. If someone has an active account (I'll try registering again later), try creating a thread and mention this problem as impacting all affiliates along with yourself, not just yourself.

What kind of company is this? Its been 2 days, stats are not working and there is no communication or even a hint of solution from them.

Same thing happened to me. This is the first time I've had two days with 0 spending since 2017.

Same for me two zero days doesn't happen, 100% issue with their reporting - hopefully still tracked and they will make good.

If you're emailing Chaturbate, can you be sure to mention that it's not just your account? That it appears to be at least hundreds of accounts? Linking to this thread (final page) and Bill's chart in particular would be helpful.

There is a problem with their affiliate program as farvas I see , i tryed to makeba new user scont under my affiliate link it didt worked signe up still zero(0) and the reshave still 0 so its a tehnical problem like many so far.

For the first time in 10 years of working with them, the statistics show zero for October 11 and 12. I'm seeing the same issue with my referrers—everyone has zero! Of course, this is a technical problem and should be fixed.

We can presume this is happening to all affiliates. Surely they have noticed it on their end due to no daily payouts etc

I don't think that flooding them with emails helps much. Support can't do anything about it, they have sent it on to the techs.

We know that they are aware of it and they are working on it.

Patience is what is required at this point (imho, of course).

Thanks for the additional emails everyone. This must be impacting all of their affiliates, as I've yet to come across a single exception.

This kind of affiliate relations/management on Chaturbate's part, or total lack thereof, is really pathetic. Why is it necessary to visit a totally different forum to reach out to Punker Barbie? Why not have a few people available, through Skype and other platforms, in the way Stripcash and Streamate do?

Unfortunately, Chaturbate is very dominant in this market and they know this -- they probably feel zero pressure to step things up.

Support is aware of the issue, they have been since yesterday morning. They have passed it off to the techs.

That it is still broken a day later, in my opinion, means that it is a big issue.

But we know they are working on it.

Initially, it wasn't clear how widespread this was. At this point, yes, there's probably no need to send additional emails -- every affiliate seems to be affected and I imagine they're receiving tons of messages. I myself received no reply and I was worried that support/tech/whomever wasn't taking the matter seriously.

Let's keep each other updated.

It's happening to me as well, It's pretty safe to say it's happening to all affiliates

Obviously this is happening acutely to everyone now, but the September 16-30 period was not counted correctly either.

You would think at this point they could at least acknowledge the problem and send out a message to everyone, I can’t get Stripchat labels ranking fast enough ,

I think the whole period may have issues my registrations have dropped off the chart this period 0 for last 8 days traffic no different

Unfortunately, everyone is getting zero registrations and zero revenue today, yesterday (11th) and for half of the 10th.

It would be really nice if Chaturbate said or did something. Even just acknowledging the problem, as others here mentioned.
