Is anyone else experiencing a delay with BTC payments specifically?

I received an email notice at 5:00 pm yesterday that a BTC payment would be sent (automated email) and now, as of 12 noon, nothing. There are 5 hours remaining in their 24-hour window but in the past it always arrives immediately after that initial email. I suspect nothing will actually show up. I've checked trackers too.

Usually get an email from Chaturbate before I receive a payout, but now I haven't received an email about sending a payout.
I am waiting for payment in bitcoins for the period 04/01-04/15. Payment usually comes at night from 16 to 17, now it is morning and there is no payment. Who received payment for the period in bitcoins?

Does this actually still work? I was told a while ago it didn't, and that performers couldn't be affiliates.
