Simple ways to curb illegal migration.

None of this is hard. the problems are politicians are in favor of mass migration, for 3 reasons. It lowers wages, makes them look "caring" and add to the problems they are meant to solve.

1. High fines up to imprisonment for employers and landlords employing and housing illegals. Easy for the employer to check on whether someone has work records and the necessary documents. Those who are legal will have them or will have to get them. The money from these fines goes to enforcement agencies like border control, INS, and officers.

2. Remove all Public Sector support. Hospitals, schools, benefits, etc. An illegal migrant shouldn't be able to access the taxpayers pocket to enable them to live in a foreign country.

By illegally moving to a country the person commits a crime. He should not be expecting that country to look after him. Those who are real refugees must abide by the rules and register in the first safe country they arrive in. In this case Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain and stay there to be dealt with.

Once the money stops flowing back, by working illegally and taking advantage of law abiding citizens, the flow will stem itself.

Those who have arrived will soon find themselves destitute, unable to find a job, house or care for their family. They will have to apply to stay and prove they contribute, by earning a salary high enough to add to the economy. Or go home.

Will never happen because of what I said at the top. Unless people start voting for politicians who fear the people voting for them.

He's the one trying to stop it. She wants to legalise all those workers so they can compete with workers employed by companies who won't break the law.

The US does not give drivers' licenses to illegal immigrants. People MUST prove their legal status to get a license. Get your facts straight.

Agree with those, but I think really the most logical is to make the prisoners pick the fruits/ vegetables that illegals typically come here to do for work. Omit the demand for those jobs will do tremendously. I see we have anywhere between 1.4- 2.3 million prisoners now. Already paying for them to sit around anyways, put them to work...

Long term the demand for physical labour in the workplace will drop to a level that so few will be required there will be lots of people available.

The big problem is long term. Population rises are bad when a child born today will have a very limited job range. Unless college educated in the sciences or subjects like the Law. Their opportunities will be mostly low skilled/paid. Even then, there's a finite number that can hold those jobs.

(I believe) California allows illegal immigrants to get a driver's license, and I believe some other states allow this too.

It sounds like a horrible idea and I believe on one hand it is.... But there is a reason for it. We have a lot of illegal immigrants driving, and if they do not have a driver's license they cannot get insurance - which means none of them have automobile insurance.

It shouldn't matter though. In order to employ someone, you need their social security card. And you have to verify them through the federal e-verify system.
