What was done before was a misuse of the Antiquities Act. The act was originally made (in 1906) to allow the President to proclaim things as "National MONUMENTS".

In other words the exact same way it was until Dec. 28,2016 when President Obama, as a lame duck President, "Proclaimed" 1,351,849 acres of Utah land to be a "national monument".

I don't know the answers to those questions. I only know that everything is EXACTLY the same as it was the day before Pres. Obama pulled that land grab in the first place one year ago. NOTHING has changed.

I have personally hiked those parks by the way. And yeah, they ARE parks. I did it in 2015 BEFORE Pres. Obama grabbed the land.
They were beautiful then. And they are still beautiful now.

The Federal Govt. is not the answer to everything you know. And that land grab was a "solution" to a "problem" that didn't exist in the first place.
