Every person is different. But songs like this help me feel more... human... when I'm going through a hard time. I do not have the words to tell you that I'm sorry, Sarah, and they wouldn't really matter anyway. But in my soul I can feel a tiny bit of what you feel right now by trying to put myself in your place. There are tears in my eyes, too, and it's a little hard to see the screen. There are a lot of things I don't understand about the "why's" of life, but please know that I'm sending you a very big cyber-hug and wish I could be there to provide it in person. May someone you love hold you and comfort you.

I'm so sorry to hear about this sweetie.. Caring for someone 24/7 then having them slip away creates such mixed feelings.

On one hand you are so very sad they're gone, and on the other hand you are so very glad the suffering is over.

When Buzzard died I decided not to dwell on anything but the thankfullness I felt that he was finally ok.. it had been so long since I could say that about him.

I hear him call my name sometimes when I'm half awake.. I believe no one dies, but they carry on in some way.

Oh, Sarah, I'm so sorry. I lost a fiancee when I was very young and I still think of him often. I can't imagine how horrible it must be to lose someone you've been married to and lived with. I don't know how I'd be strong if something happened to my husband. I love him dearly.

Things like this scar you for life. Time does not heal. In 20 years you will miss him as much as you do now.

The only thing you can do is just continue with your life and try to feel good. Its not going to be easy.

I feel very very bad for the fact that you thought this guy who posted the "see sig" thing was me. I would never ever do such a thing.

If you ever need to talk about anything feel free to do so. I never lost a partner but i lost several other people who were very close to me. I dont think i can help you but you never know.
