MY Epassporte Drama-Very UN organized!!

It's like pulling teeth to get an account.
And I'm Sorry But Keysor Soze you don't appear to be much help.

We are now on our second trouble ticket and we don't even have an account yet!!!

Make a long story short because my banks are in another country. I tripped their security protocols.

They required documentation and identification sent in to verify we are who we claim to be. Fine... DID IT 4 TIMES!!!

After a month later and several promises from Keysor about having people look into it. (And this is really all he can do. **Sorry honey it's the truth**)

We finally get an email saying our account is set up.

But guess what???!!!

It's not set up!!!! And they now want us to register a NEW ACCOUNT!!
And we now have a NEW TROUBLE TICKET TOO!!!

You know what...
You either have:

1) Too many employees. But I find that hard to believe because I'm always on hold for a minimum of 30mins.

2) Not enough employees!

3) Have too many people using drugs!

4) Are poorly managed and set up. <<<<<<---- Most likely

You have to get your crap in order.
Any business is bound to have it's share of disatisfied clients.

We have them and I'm certain we do at least a similar amount of business. But pissed off customers are the exception for us.... And trust me we are located in a country reknowed for it's bureaucracy and lazy unionized workforce.

It's obvious the people on the phone can't help or do anything useful. All they do is take your name and issue a trouble ticket!!

So Keysor how about you...

Just give everyone the phone number of the person that can cut through all this crap and fix our problems!

They are obviously unorganised ... 10000th thread about how unorganised they are, and 10000th reply about how they are fixing stuff this week or the other one.

But in the end, they are still the best solution (or wires) to receive adult payments.

But I'm ready to go with some pet projects and I'm being held up because I can't get an account.

my suggestion to epassporte is to get a little handbook and hand it to all your phone reps , in that handbook would be common questions they could answer.. because i think the one they have now only says one thing..

I have only had a few minor problems with epassporte. Each time I called them on the phone, I explained the situation, they put me on hold for 3 or 4 minutes and came back to tell me everything has been fixed and could they assist me with anything else.

Maybe I am just lucky but ever person I have had there has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and had the error corrected immediately.

I can say the same. However, the simple fact that OTHERS get treated like shit, when dealing with epassporte, cannot be ignored even if you're a currently satisfied customer of theirs. I'd hate to end up on the other side of the fence and get stuck banging my head against the wall like the ones posting about their ep problems on here. So I wanna see them treat EVERYONE well, not just me and you. THAT would help me sleep better at night.

Keyser Soze is helpful,but from my point of view Epassporte is missing a dedicated managerial person. No offense but who do you actually target? I got a reply for a corp. account today while my mail was sent on 24 December 2005 13:00

The subject of my email was "I would like to provide us with the info needed to do from our turn to start paying our dieselaction.com / dieselcash.com affiliates through epassporte."

and I get a reply asking me if i want to pay affiliates or use eppasporte as payment gateway for clients. La la la la

I haven't been able to log in to my epassporte account for more then 3 months and I have emailed and phoned them dozens of times. They always say they are working on the problem but it has never been solved. So I basically lost the money in my account since I can't get it.

I can't send in the entire thing but
This is main line from the email I was just given from epassporte...

"When you go through the verification process again"

Arrgghh!

Please tell me.
Is there a magick number of times I have to go throught the verification process? Did the copy of documents we sent in suddenly change?

And the user ID still does not work.

It is after 9pm where I am and that means it is 3pm in Toronto (The 416 phone number) and noon in Hollywood. (The 310 number)

I'm going to Bump the Fucking shit out of this thread until I get my account.
