AdultFriendFinder.com & Fleshlight.com - Why are you stealing from me? FUCK YOU!!!!

I make the majority of my living producing DVDs. Why is it that every torrent site that has stolen my content and is giving it away, often 10,000+ times per title, sometimes up to 50,000 per title, you are there?

Why do you allow these people to make money off of you? Why do you support these thieves? Why do you pay them?

YOU are directly stealing money from MY pocket. Would it be OK if I smash one of you in the fucking face when I see you somewhere? Would it be OK if I stole or defrauded your company in any way? Of course not, so why are you stealing from me and the countless other directors who make a living doing this?

What the fuck is wrong with you?

You are stealing from me and my family. Fuck each and every person who works for your scandalous companies. You are all pieces of shit. In the end, you will get yours I'm sure of it.

Most dating sites support torrent sites, dating is NOT adult and dont give a fuck about adult, and they are killing this industry. Until adult program owners start doing something about it, this will only get worse. I'm starting to wonder how many adult programs are in bed with torrent sites too, the only two program owners that I have seen have balls enough to say fuck torrent sites is Lightspeed and Homegrown

Last I checked, there is not a way to make money when my movies are being stolen over 10,000 times each, per site.

What am I going to do, watermark my DVDs? Big deal, the guys who steal movies are not going to all of a sudden join a site when he can just keep stealing more movies.

If there is a hacker out there who can attack AFF along with all the other companies who are supporting of these sites, daily and bring them to their knees, I know a lot of video companies who would pay you well for your services. And if someone can fuck up the torrent sites, even better. Hit me up if you are the man for the job, I have a LOT of companies that have money for you.

However, I will be looking at my sponsors very closely now and dropping any of them I find doing business with companies that support torrent sites. That is the least I can do.

If the rest of you do not do the same, you are also indirectly supporting the torrent sites.

Lars needs his head smashed in with a shovel. THAT is the future of humanity. Everyone needs to wake up and see that.

Seriously, that is a load of shit. The future is what you make it, and if they support this, they are helping to steal millions of dollars out of producers pockets.

Fuck you Lars for supporting such BS and stealing money from my family.

Exactly. But they make their money by advertising companies like AFF and a few cam companies. If they didn't make money, they could not pay their bills, they would close.

i agree with ya and feel for you. i know you work hard to produce content. i would be really pissed that people were jacking it right and left for free... while the people that facilitate the theft are making bank.

i think Lars is a total fucking clown since the zango thing. he has shown that he is truly an arrogant prick that has zero concern for anyone but himself.. no matter what people think that try to suck his cock, or get voted into the Bro Club or whoever he bought the drinks for that day. they can seriously shake up how some of these people do business and make money and use their influence to make change that benefits the entire industry... instead they repeatedly choose to keep fucking everyone over and keep trying to think of absurd rationalizations for it.

... i am not a preacher or claiming to be of the highest moral fiber... but i would at least respect someone that just was straight up and said "hey, this is an issue that can cause us to lose a lot of market share etc etc so we feel we have to allow this traffic or someone else will" - then people can decide to do.. or not do business with them. but that fucking jackass insults people, tells them thats just how it is.. then quickly starts posting contest threads with 3 employees and 10 bots bumping them.

AFF has ALWAYS been the largest supporter of shady shit online whether its warez, passwords, torrents etc. and they just seem to get more arrogant about it each time they get called out for it.

Lars is a puppet, but if you point me to the true owner of AFF, I would knock his fucking head off.

I will pay $1000 for one of his teeth if someone wants to knock one out.

As far as I know, he's a puppet. Maybe I'm wrong, but if I came face to face with the owners of any of these sites, I would not hesitate to go to jail for assault. Wouldn't be the first time.

Theft is theft and flat out, they are stealing from me. This is not different than if I caught them in my house robbing my shit.

i love the people who say " find a way". Not as easy as you think unless you are suggesting pay sites ask for donations.... hey you just downloaded all my members area content for free, can you donate .50 to me ? thanks.

either that are all pics and video sites need to start offering something that can't be stolen, ie: dating, cams, or products.

it's easy to say " find a way to make money from it" but over several years no one has, so what makes you think there is this magical way that everyone has been missing for years ?

i personally can't believe that this industry... as self destructive that it is, can't unify behind something and stand up and fight against something that is totally decimating their sales and conversions... and those that openly help it happen.

Okay, now my constructive contribution to this thread:

DMCA them.

Start with any single torrent site that has AFF on it and your material. Take screen shots, you will need it. DMCA the torrent site. I know this is likely worthless, but it is a good start. DMCA their hosting company as well.

Now the real stuff: DMCA AFF / Cams.

Quite simply, they are contributing to your content being stolen, providing financial support to those who guide and provide access to the material.

DMCA Google. Any time you see a torrent site with your material on it, DMCA Google, and ask them to remove that site from their listings. Based on the most recent Perfect 10's ruling, Google will likely be very responsive to your missives. Make sure you indicate specific pages you have seen your material listed on, with screen shots.

DMCA AFF's hosting company. Make sure they are aware of the situation.

Do the same with any other advertising company you find on the page. You will almost certainly find AdBrite or similar on there - potentially even Google.

Send a letter to the RIAA and to the Motion Picture Academy. Let them know that a company right in their back yard (AFF / Cams) is actively providing financial support for torrent sites. Let them know the steps you have taken. Encourage them to contact AFF and ask them why this is the case.

At some point, one or the other of these companies or groups will get advice from a lawyer that they are compelled to take action. If things go according to plan, that will include trying to stuff a legal broomstick up AFF's corporate ass.

Don't just bitch - take action.

here is what i dont understand... napster ultimately got fucked because it was proven that they do in fact (or are capable of) exerting control over what is downloaded and can remove/block copyrighted content. although torrent sites are purely peer to peer and napster wasn't, it would seem to me that they can still identify copyrighted material.. it's pretty obvious.

what are the legalities here? i can't see where they have protection.

and it would also seem that there are two arguments.. first is the liability of the site... the second are those that contribute to copyright infringement by sponsoring the site.

Those are great ideas, its time for action.

what are the legalities here? i can't see where they have protection.
For one I think most of the torrent sites, at least the ones I have looked into, are all sitting in a shit country that does no enforce nor care about copyright law.

The only way to really hit these sites is to full on attack the companies they advertise and cut off their funding.

Pornwolf came up with the best idea, Contacting media and other outlets and outing aff for supporting sites with CP, I'm sure none of his stockholders would want to be associated with a company like that

It's only the big torrent sites that display torrents from all of the small torrent sites that have advertising on them.

Most are run on donations.

piratebay is in the EU and always has been. people have been going after them. maybe the law/court just hasn't caught up to them yet.

jesus:

"The pirates have since moved the Bay's hosting back to Sweden, where they've built technological bulwarks against another takedown, law-hardening the Bay's network architecture with a system of redundant servers that spans three nations. Shutting down the site in any single country will only cripple the Pirate Bay for as long as it takes for its fail-over scripts to execute, a gap measurable in minutes.

The various servers' locations are obscured behind a load balancer configured to lie, the crew says. Once the failsafe is triggered, a determined adversary with an international team of litigators might be able to track down the servers, but by that time -- according to the plan -- the pirates will have deployed mirrors in even more countries. In theory, the corporate lawyers will eventually tire of this game of international copyright Whack-A-Mole.

With all that in place, crew member Fredrik Neij says he welcomes the possibility of another raid. "I really want the pleasure of it being down three minutes, then up again."

No idea specifically, but my take is this:

Quote:
ADOBE.CS.3.MASTER.COLLECTION (PRE-ORDER) UPDATED.CRACK
I don't have to be a genius to know that the items I am listing are cracks or hacks. I can certainly imply it (pre-order? Hmmm)

Quote:
Cumfiesta - Feng Shui Fuck with Abbey
Again, it would be highly doubtful (no, impossible) that the company ceded their rights to their content and put it in the public domain.

Knowingly facilitating the distribution of this material, even if they don't host the files, well... I don't know where that stands legally, but it is time for the copyright holders to stand up and ask the question, because this is getting way out of hand.

Everyone misses the point. There is no reason to play whack-a-mole with them, because that isn't the point here. The issues are income, money, and traffic.

The DMCA against the torrent site really is just a ruse. They won't do anything, and it isn't important.

However, the idea here is to get AFF (and other companies, I found GGW all over a site today, funny, because pretty much all of thier content was on there for free) to stop sponsoring and stop paying these torrent sites.

Further, it would be to encourage Google to remove the torrent sites from the SERPs, because more and more often, they are dominating the serps because of massive cross linking and cross referencing from torrent site to torrent site. Besides everything else, these sites are now starting to take up more and more porn traffic, turning potential buyers into torrent sucking freeloaders.

Sticking a legal broom up AFF's ass is a good place to start. Actively asking GFY (and other adult boards) to stop taking the bros' money would be another.

So we should all find a way to profit off of other peoples stolen software, movies, content ?

You know a lot of people do a lot of work, and invest a lot of money so they can profit off of their product. For somebody to come along and profit off of their work is just wrong.
You may want to take a trip back in time and see how the TGP industry got it's start.

As for these arguments that the dating sites are keeping torrent sites in business, that is total BS. We know from history that if you remove all income from hacking, warez, music trading and torrent sites that they'll still be there. Plenty of webmasters are more than willing to run these type of sites as a zero income hobby.
