AFF stopped using zango and that dog has been beat to oblivion. I would be more willing to give you the benefit of the doubt if your attitude was different. Your slogan is " we fuck the surfer". Lots of little things that dont make you look good. But if you would have stated your case with class it would have been a lot more believable then to come out right away stating " we only do 1% of our business from GFY anyway" and then started your tirade of insulting people and calling us all shit.

Only one real question to quickbuck assuming you will answer it here since most of us do not matter anyways.

If I find a site that is using my copyrighted exclusive content to promote your program and I send you a proper DMCA via a personal non public route in a professional business like manor, would you forfeit any earned affiliate funds they pulled to me from the offending site and how much legal fighting would it take to get their information or would you honestly just give it up with a legal subpoena without a fight?

I figure you could collect the older fraudulant funds from them if you desired to do so and would have no reason to not turn over all funds earned. Specially if it was handled in a professional business like manor, or are my hopes to high?

People have been complaining about CCBill ratios for awhile. You could have apologized for one of your affiliates possibly causing part of that.

In one of the threads, I mentioned that I had just started sending a few dozen hits a day to your program because of the $50 PPS. I have only put up links for a few sites and was in the process of putting up more.

Luckily (or unluckily) because of similiar situations in the past, I have a process where I can pull links quickly now.

I rarely, if ever, contact any programs or their representatives. If you like, I will contact you at your convenience to discuss this matter.

Although we both agree that it should be... zango is not illegal, and if they were comfortable with using it then getting "busted" on GFY wouldn't matter to them. Until this industry adopts a code of conduct that the billers are forced to apply by Visa this kind of thing will never stop. On one side I see wanting as little restrictions as possible and on the other side I see people breaking a non existing code of conduct, except TOS. Freedom can easily turn into anarchy.

An affiliate or sponsor hijacking traffic is not illegal, it's unethical and the affiliate will be doing that to others. The thread points out the culprit is off looking for another sponsor. How long will that take? Will Quick Bucks tell us who it is.

If Quick Bucks wanted to they could out the affiliate, they will send a note to CCBILL and Epoch who will tag his account. I'm sure the CCBILL support guys are all over this, what's their response? They know where the checks go.

What amazes me is the billers allow this. If I'm right in my interpretation of what I've read this is what happens. A surfer goes through a tour and likes it enough to join, so goes to the join form. At this point he gets a pop up from another site. That would lead to a pissed off surfer and possible a charge back.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

People.. get real, this faux-drama got posted as an anonymously hosted screenshot at a free image hosting service on a weekend with no affiliate code. We ended up finding the offending affiliate by digging up the member id through the database.

Finallly... for those of you who like to spout assumptions as though they are facts....QuickBuck does not generate our own traffic and never has. 100% of our traffic is affiliate driven, we don't mail, don't bid on ppc, don't buy gallery spots etc..etc.. etc..

If i were so inclined I could buy traffic to twisty's to pop over the hun... is it Shap's fault if I do that? How would he know if nobody reported it?

I actually made this post back in Feb 2007 about the same problem. It has been going on for a while. n Since QB already termed the affiliate, anyone got some good ideas get the illegal pictures taken down. I know the owner of CarolCox.com gave it a pretty good shot to no avail....

Who ever this is has gotten themselves up to number 2 or in some cases number 1 on google using the girls name but with a .org (not technically illegal....I guess) But their site is using the girls pictures to link to a site in no way affiliated with said girls. At this point he gets a pop up from another site. That would lead to a pissed off surfer and possible a charge back.
