What do you think XBiz OWES YOU? Do you really think they are trying to make YOU AND YOUR SITE look bad here? Why would they do that do you think? How long as your site been up? Do you have many affiliates? I spend all day every day stressing over and working on my site, usually at least 10 hours a day, and I just can't picture spending that much time and ENERGY on something like this.. Seems to be VERY counter productive.. Esp since a lot of the people you are going to want to do biz with or people that can help you are reading this thread right now.. I suggest you take a step back and read this all and think before you post again.

You can not prove they used your website for anything. There are millions of websites out there. You can not honestly think that you are the only one to use that font.

Affiliates are great if you have a mass-market product that looks like what everyone else in the biz is selling. If you have niche/fetish/weird content and affiliates who have no clue about marketing it, no one wins.

You should regret this whole thread. You have no proof at all they used your splash page. Like it has been said before there are millions of websites out there. You could have the exact same splash page as another website. XBiz has better things to do then use your splash page as an example. I doubt they have ever saw your website.
