The background colour isn't different at all, it's simply the CMYK version of her background.
Meaning: On screen, things are a mix of RGB [Red Green Blue]. For print, it's Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. Not all RGB colours, particulally oranges and dark blues can be represented in CYMK, so they shift. And that's exactly what's happened here.
Take her site into photoshop, convert it to CYMK, you'll see it's the same.

I am at the bottom of page one here, and not going to read the rest of this thread.

But furrygirl, that font is called quiggley wiggley and I myself have used it on several of my personal adult sites.

I can understand the resemblance, and that it is a poor topic with the kp thing, but it is quite a stretch imo.

anyhow I won't be participating in this thread, but figured as another female webmaster I would mention that I too use that girly font on splash pages.

edit: haha xbiz's designer is a douche.

To see something I've created (even just something as simple as my enter/exit/members buttons and layout) being used as an example of kiddie porn really pisses me off. It would piss off any webmaster.

I would have expected better from Xbiz.

A new assistant art director did in fact take some small liberty with your website, using a partial screenshot of it within a larger derivative work that was produced for one of my articles.

There was no intention to compromise your intellectual property, he simply made a poor choice when the art assignments were handed down and your site happened to be on his monitor at the time.

As I am responsible for XBIZ World Magazine and all content within it, I apologize on behalf of XBIZ for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Please note that I will also be publishing a written retraction in an upcoming edition of XBIZ World Magazine to further rectify the matter. While I can not undo what has been done, it is my intention to correct the error and to shed more positive light on your site which I hope helps it to generate increased sales in the future as well.
