More LOL Right Wingers..

Man it's almost becoming comedy how fucking retarded the Republicans are getting and how much they are acting like 2 year old kids whom had their toy taken away.

The newest bitch & moan from the Right Wingers is that they are going to pull their kids out of school because Obama is making a 15min speech at a school.

http://www2.tbo.com/content/2009/sep...news-breaking/

These people are just out of their fucking minds.. I think it's getting to the point there is just no dealing with them. If you are a Moderate Republican, how can you justify the actions of so many of these morons ruining your party?

Now you do realize that Democrats did the same thing when Bush Sr. did an educational address?

Young minds are very impressionable. But I don't think a 15-minute Barack Obama speech is gonna do them much harm. Besides, most of what Barack Obama says is actually helpful to the kids - less racism, get along kids, etc.

When I was in highschool we had a guy come in to do a speech for us. He recently came out of jail. He was in jail for 25 years. So he came to our highschool and started teaching kids not to deal drugs. That was helpful. Apparently he was rehabilitated.

It's not JUST that though. They claim he's trying to indoctrinate children into his way of "socialist" thinking. They claim it was a groundswell from parents that brought it to their attention (can't even admit it's politics?). They ACT like it's a real serious issue when it clearly is more of their same old song and dance.

What the republicans are teaching children is far more destructive than anything Obama could say. Such as that Obama is destroying everything that is good about the country. That his "economic experiment" is FAILING (pure lie) and that his health care "experiment" will also fail. (michael steele said it today on news of improving jobless numbers, AND Obamas approval rating going HIGHER than it was one month ago!)

They're flailing and they should just stick to real arguments instead of letting their oldest members who are only a few years away from the average life expectancy ruin them. Those oldies dont care anymore, it's cut and run for them. They know they're on their way out, literally and figuratively.

I said when Obama was elected that the republicans would take back the house in the mid term elections. Now I dont think so, because they just arent bright enough to pick a proper battle. All they have is mud. What a shame for the people who used to look up to them and now are just used.

It was stupid for people to object to Bush sr and junior, stupid for people to object to reagan doing it, stupid for people to object to every president addressing kids. It should be done annually.

That doesnt make it open season on saying any thing you feel like in objection. If anything, it illustrates that people ARE just saying anything they feel like because other people got away with it before.

People need to realize it's no longer about democrat vs republican.

The ideologies themselves don't really matter. It's just the preferred marketing ploy used by each camp. The ideologies should be called marketing plans. It's not about how to best run a country, it's all about how to get reelected and keep your party in power.

All that matters to the politicians is staying in power personally, keeping the party in power is secondary at best.

Look, I'll be the first to admit, when I heard that story that I'll agree that the guy was out of his freaking mind. However you have to admit, not a whole lot of Democrats run around biting off people fingers now do they?

However on the flip side we constantly see the Right wingers pulling all this kind of BS.. and never offering any solutions of their own, only bitching and crying about what the Dem's do.

Yep. And when so-called "news" networks entertain these peoples notions, it's just off the rails. So much of news is just irrelevant side-show these days.

oh well, ranting mode off.

We see the right wing people that watch right wing news and get upset. Just like we see left-wing people watch left wing news and get upset when it's their turn.

It's a cycle. And everyone looks like retards. Even the left-wing Democrats, you just aren't noticing it.

And actually... this whole healthcare thing where people are running around saying "Republicans aren't offering solutions." That isn't right. There are Republican ideas and solutions out there, they just don't get reported. There are quite a few good ideas that would blend great with many of the great Democrat ideas that are out there, but nobody wants to mix them. Its me against you, you against me.

We have our right wing folks saying absolutely no public option. We have our left wing folks saying nothing without a public option. And we have a massive group in the middle that agrees on all sorts of ideas and issues... but the left-wing and the right wing are fucking that up, AGAIN.

They're all idiots.

I lived and went to school in Pasco county for a while and I can honestly say that the people there are the dumbest rednecks I have ever met, anywhere in the country. Even more dumb redneck than Fayetteville, NC which is pretty tough.

Please do not bring reason into an argument . If it is something someone likes and uses, it clearly isn't socialism.

Kind of like how I was at the store a couple of weeks ago and in line the woman in front of me and her friend were talking about Obama. One told the other that he is not a US citizen and he is a socialist. She then proceeded to pay for her groceries with food stamps. As we were walking out I strolled up next to her and said, "You do realize that socialism just bought your groceries right?"

She got pissed and insisted that food stamps were a right of Americans and not socialist.

I also think if many of the people who are against health care reform suddenly lost their jobs and had not health insurance I would imagine many of them would change their tune pretty quickly.

No trust me I notice them.. However typically the Left wing nut jobs tend to stick to things like tree hugging or saving the whales and so on. They typically don't go around biting off fingers as your example.

The difference is, on the left wing those types aren't really catered too by the ones in power. However with the Right wing, your political leadership does indeed cater to the far off whack jobs.

Simply put there is just no reasoning with the Right wing anymore until they start showing some progress toward moving back to the middle.

The liberals are saying that if the bills do not include a public option, they are going to shoot it down. Does that mean they are against health care reform? No, it means they are against the way the bill is set up.

Nobody is against health care reform. Everybody thinks something must be done. Everybody has ideas on what must be done. The backlash is from people that don't understand what's going on and thinks that things are changing too fast. When the majority of the population has insurance that they are comfortable with and you come at them and say "things are going to change"... those people want to know what's going to change. So far, the Democrats have failed at reaching these people and showing them that nothing in their life will change for the worse. If they can find a way to do that, the whole game could switch pretty quickly.

The Republicans are playing dirty right now with silly media tricks. The Democrats are playing dirty right now with parliamentary and political tricks.

Neither of them are approaching this right.

You're kidding, right? The House is full of left-wing folks elected by left-wing folks that are taking extreme left-wing stances on every issues and refuse to move.

Left-wing isn't just more trees and hippy skirts.

What would of happened if George W. Bush did an address and SENT A MEMO TO SCHOOLS WITH A COURSE OUTLINE HAVING STUDENTS WRITE HOW THEY CAN HELP THE PRESIDENT. Imagine if students wrote they can help President George W. Bush by joining the military in such hypothetical letters. All hell would have broke loose before/after.

Originally the Department of Education wanted teachers to [Have students] write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. The Department of Education has since apologized for that but no way in hell should children be subjected to writing letters on how they should help a President. Even the other questions lead to conclusions that are opposite to what conservatives want their children exposed to on the role of government. Political upbringing is the role of parents not schools.

It's pretty simple if you ask me; Presidents (Republican or Democrat) shouldn't be inside classrooms except high school government classes and then only on C-Span without the dumb shit commentary from the idiots on MSdnc, CNN, Fox.

Where is what I was contemplating while out running an errand a short while ago...

How come these right wingers scream that everything is unconstitutional, when so is making abortions illegal and even drug use for that matter? They never seem to scream that when illegal laws are being passed in their favor...

The dems are doing a good job of making Republicans look like a bunch of whackjobs, I must say.

They're also doing a good job of making themselves look like a bunch of dipshits who can't actually get anything accomplished.

As usual, representative government and the two party system is nothing but a whole lotta fail. Where is Caesar when you need him?

I would rather they taught government the way it's suppose to work, before they let politicians recruit them to the dark side, that goes for any politician, left or right
We wanted change, we voted for it in 2006 and the house and senate have been democratic ran since, still waiting for that change, other than the economy going to shit

Dude, you can't elect another Republican or Democrat puppet and expect change. Only change you're going to get is more change towards the centralization of power and continued imperialistic expansion...

yeah, national ballot numbers the Democrats lead the Republicans 41.2 to 41.1 with Independents bolting from Obama. Or Democrats leading 43 to 40 if you use Real Clear Politics averages poll. Btw, Democrats prefer Pollster stats to RCP generally if you follow politics closely.

If Democrats are exposing Republicans so well I wonder why Republicans are gaining?

think about that

The entire congress needs to be cleared out and replaced with honest hard-working Americans who haven't been Washington insiders for 50+ years and aren't members of all these weird fucking secret clubs and shit. Kick their asses out of there, let's start completely fresh, and WITH FUCKING TERM LIMITS THIS TIME!

But of course, it won't happen though...

I'm with you I would love to see third party independents rise too. But how does it happen? One party will split like Whigs did into Republicans and we're still left with a two party system. For all you people talking about how a two party system is bad and things can't change in a two party system, how do you prevent a new party from swallowing a former party?

The only way to prevent it is to become a parliamentary democracy and totally re-write our constitution. That's why I don't waste my vote on independents it's a default vote to the more powerful party at the moment.

Good post. There is no "one" bill. There are several bills and a lot of ideas. Neither side has done a good job of getting out the correct information. The republicans are talking about death panels and rationing care as well as forcing people to drop the coverage they have while using tax payer money for abortions and many democrats of have done a terrible job to putting those myths to rest. To me it shows that most democrats are still wimps. If the shoe were on the other foot and it was a republican controlled senate, house and white house and they were trying to pass a health care bill and the democrats were out spreading lies about it they would attack those democrats without remorse. They would drive them into the dirt and destroy them. The democrats are being too nice and they do nothing. They still act like they want to work with the republicans and want to play nice. The president needs to come to the front here and sit down with the various house and senate leaders and hammer out a bill then get that bill through the house and senate so we know exactly what they are doing and what is real and isn't real.

We actually came close to having a third party not too long ago when Perot ran. He started the reform party and actually got a lot of votes. Of course he was kind of a lunatic and came off as such, but they still had a lot of power after that first election. They got some congressional reps elected, a governor and many local reps elected with that party. But then the party fell apart and they lost all credibility later on when the leaders of that party started suing each other.

To have a legit third party you simply need everyone who doesn't vote or who says it doesn't matter who they vote for to actually vote for a third party candidate. If all of those people voted libertarian this last election he wouldn't have won, but he would have made a lot of noise and it would have put the party on the map. They then could focus the next 4-6 years on local and state elections as well as maybe challenging in some congressional districts while choosing and grooming a good presidential candidate.

But I don't see it happening unless you get another person who has a ton of money and is willing to spend it to create a party and put it on the map like Perot did.

In the end as much as many people claim to want change they really don't, they just like to bitch and blame others for their problems.

That was when the League of Women's Voters controlled the debates so third parties were allowed. The League of Women's Voters gave up their control of the debates after that year, however, and now the debates are controlled by guess who? Yup, the DNC and RNC... so if you're not a Republican or Democrat you ain't gonna be in the debate.

Here is the official statement issued by the League of Women's Voters when they gave up their control of the debates:

"The League of Women Voters is withdrawing sponsorship of the presidential debates...because the demands of the two campaign organizations would perpetrate a fraud on the American voter. It has become clear to us that the candidates' organizations aim to add debates to their list of campaign-trail charades devoid of substance, spontaneity and answers to tough questions. The League has no intention of becoming an accessory to the hoodwinking of the American public."

Ok if that is true then explain how for SIX years the republicans had control of the House the Senate and the Whitehouse and did NOTHING on healthcare? Where were all these great ideas the? The ONLY idea they passed was the prescription drug bill which last time I checked was a FEDERAL program that is costing us $150 billion a year and yet that was ok for republicans to get behind.

This time the bullet cold rocked ya
A yellow ribbon instead of a swastika
Nothin' proper about ya propaganda
Fools follow rules when the set commands ya
Said it was blue
When the blood was red
That's how ya got a bullet blasted through ya head

Blasted through ya head
Blasted through ya head

I give a shout out to the living dead
Who stood and watched as the feds cold centralized
So serene on the screen
You was mesmerised
Cellular phones soundin' a death tone
Corporations cold
Turn ya to stone before ya realise
They load the clip in omnicolour
Said they pack the 9, they fire at their prime time
Sleeping gas, every home was like Alcatraz
And mutha fuckas lost their minds

Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high
Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high

Run it!

Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high
Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high

Checka, checka, check it out
They load the clip in omnicolour
Said they pack the 9, they fire it at prime time
Sleeping gas, every home was like Alcatraz
And mutha fuckas lost their minds

No escape from the mass mind rape
Play it again jack and then rewind the tape
And then play it again and again and again
Until ya mind is locked in
Believin' all the lies that they're tellin' ya
Buyin' all the products that they're sellin' ya
They say jump and ya say how high
Ya brain-dead
Ya gotta fuckin' bullet in ya head

Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high
Just victims of the in-house drive-by
They say jump, you say how high

Uggh! Yeah! Yea!

Ya standin' in line
Believin' the lies
Ya bowin' down to the flag
Ya gotta bullet in ya head

Ya standin' in line
Believin' the lies
Ya bowin' down to the flag
Ya gotta bullet in ya head

A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
A bullet in ya head!
Ya gotta bullet in ya fuckin' head!

Yeah!

No they don't... Even while they held the presidency, the House and the Senate they were spreading their ridiculous lies and hate mongering. It's just hit a all time high since Obama was elected.

Seriously. If you are still passionate about either party at this point you are a clueless drone. It's amazing how anyone could think either party is anything but corrupt and evil at this point. Simply mindboggling...

It's fine to have your ideas and opinions but come on now. Wake the fuck up.

Exactly. Anyone waving their fucking red or blue party flag obviously still has no clue about how things work and what is going on.

But that is exactly how they want it, and they are doing a great job, because most Americans are still clueless and fighting among themselves over petty "party" shit.

The 2-party paradigm is also used to marginalize regular citizens who wake up and understand what is going on in the government. If a Republican president is in power and you criticize the government you are labeled as a "left-wing radical nut" and all that shit, and if you criticize the government with a Democrat president you are labeled as a "right-wing extremist." The worst part about this is that all of the people who support the particular "party" that is currently in power actually buy into all the propaganda about the people voicing their concerns simply being part of the "losing party," as if they just started voicing their concern about problems in government because their "party" lost the last election. I can't believe people still fall for it, but thanks to the Internet more and more people are slowing starting to figure out how things work and the truth about everything... still got a LOT of work to do though...

I would like to see the looks on their faces and hear the babble from their lips if someone broke this to them. This proves that this has nothing to do with socialism as they really don't even know what socialism is, nor the implications of socialism. Since they don't know what socialism is, then what is their actual motivation? Historically, minority groups such as blacks, jews, women, and eccentrics, especially when disagreed with were often accused of being evil, having special mind control (brainwashing) powers, plotting against the village. It's a primitive tactic that's often been surprisingly effective and works especially well on superstitious people like Christian republicans.
