So would a vitamin pill. Your body isn't manufacturing vitamins to piss out. That would be counter productive. So those vitamins would have to have been ones you took in the previous day that just didn't get digested. Which means you could eat those foods again to get more of those vitamins, or simply take a vitamin pill/drink/snack.

your body doesn't "manufacture vitamins" (with the exception of the couple that it can synthesize - d, k etc.). water soluble vitamins like b's, c, a etc are broken down with and transported with water. your body will only use what it needs in that exact moment... the rest is pissed out. when you drink an energy drink that has vitamin b or take a multi vitamin (or b complex, c etc) and then piss... your piss is bright yellow because those vitamins are bright yellow and that is your body getting rid of what it doesn't need and can't use at that moment. turning around and drinking it is redundant.

further, you wouldn't be excreting them/pissing them out, if you were deficient.

drinking your piss for this reason would be no different than eating your own shit for its "nutritional benefits" and all the same backwards reasoning would apply.

You have to be eating a 100% clean diet for this to be reasonable.

Its morning pee...midstream only.

If you are healthy its like lukewarm water. Not any grosser then that. If you eat a hamburger or drink a few beers one night... then its VERY grosser then water the next morning.

I worked in the early organic food movement *yes all fakery I know* but to personally meet 75yr old guys that looked 40yrs old... work out daily. Hair of a 20yr old. Tight skin. Unreal. These guys slept 4-6hrs a night. and yes most drank their pee peez.

Its a hard lifestyle to keep... very rigid and no room for diet lapses.

Many ancient cultures have reserved it for royalty....its NOT a white thing by any means. Hence why white people post 40yrs old...look like death. And 40yr old indians or asians can run circles around 'us'.

I did it for 6 months..... but then one day I ate a hamburger...and it was indeed not like luke warm water anymore. This 'practice' is a lot more common then one would think...just not on GFY.
