And while stuff that has happened in his past may not be relevant and allowed in court, the media...and with all due respect to XBiz, I mean the mainstream media...will have a field day with stuff like getting a blowjob from another guy in a public theater during a porn movie.

No matter what the Court finds, DirtyD will be found guilty by public opinion about two paragraphs into a press conference.

Seems like an attorney who wants to make a name for himself to me.

To me, the only comment that should be uttered by anyone involved with the defense, or the defendant should be along the lines of

"We are confident that after the Court/jury hears our case that Mr. Whateverhisnameis will be found innocent on all charges. No further comment."

Then again, I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV.

My question in all this is, what about the other companies that supposedly shot this girl? Do they know? Were they informed? Are they going to be expecting police raids? If D is going down for a girl using a fake ID, what about the other people that got suckered with said fake ID? Are industry folks supposed to be experts in spotting false identification? I thought there had been other precidents where this kind of thing was involved?

Just honestly curious.

That indeed is a good question, it's just hard to figure out chronology unless those companies are aware and check their logs as well. It happened in 2008.

Their lies the question within a question. Was the Defendant the only shooter to produce adult content of this nature? Was she exaggerating her resume or body of work or did all the other shooters just do simple “softcore” stuff with her before her 18th? Naturally will definitely never know the real truth until it plays out in court. No one knows the game plan except for the players involved….maybe the whole “press conference” idea is just a way to claim for a change of venue…..if the local media pool has tainted the local general publics idea of the case and they can prove without a shadow of a doubt that he will not get a fair and unbiased jury pool…..its not written in stone merely just another angle.

In a criminal matter you never say anything. (If the attorney advises this or not I don't know) BUt it also seems like the prudent thing to do as soon as you remove the content, and contact all of your affiliates, would be to contact the authorities and let them know what happened. If you are proactive and walk into the police station, explain to them that this girl is using a fake id to do porn, that you found out, removed the content, and wanted to make a report.

I highly doubt that he would be in the mess he is in now if he took that approach .
