If you invoice me for deals Stefan, I wire it the same day you invoice me. A deal is a deal right?

Trash?
I would call that proper honest old school business, like our grandfathers did and build the world we know today Blood, sweat and tears like.

Jack, unfortunately I'm a typical American so I only speak one language, English. So perhaps we didn't explain clearly enough to you via email so I will try my best to explain to you here on gfy since you are insisting on doing this publicly. I'll try to be as clear as possible.

#1. We did not get your content until several weeks after we needed it. By the time we received your hard drive we had already fulfilled that shipment with other titles we were able to get in as the client needed content delivered by the dates we had committed to. I believe you told me that you were on holiday or had some other issue which was why you were delayed on delivering the content. However despite this, we still tried to submit your titles to our clients in hopes that they would take the additional titles. However because I was not able to get our titles in the original shipments that we had discussed of course we were unable to get you the sale and the commission $ as we originally discussed. I know this may be upsetting to you, but unfortunately in this business sales come in at the client's convenience, not my own. When there's a sale, you need to jump on it. I haven't taken a vacation in years..the content business is about a hustle..you know that.
#2. Many of the titles you sent us we already had submitted through other brokers or the studio directly as we had received them before your shipment came in. I know that this is an issue which you are disputing but the point is mute because the majority (if not all)of those titles were rejected by the client because of bad video files/discs/2257s.
#3. We have grossly overpaid studios and brokers such as yourself for titles before they were reviewed by the client and confirmed as accepted that were rejected by the client due to bad boxcovers/videos/2257s. As of right now we are STILL going back and forth with the clients working diligently to ensure that they have reviewed and are accepting all titles from each studio before we pay out the commission. Even though everyone promises that they will correct any issues that are needed in a timely manner..we've found that the majority of studios dont do this and don't have everything in order as promised. Our clients are high profile clients that have extremely high standards from their legal teams that must have OCD when it comes to detail. Docs have to be perfect. Boxcovers have to be perfect. Videos have to be perfect. Unfortunatley studios and other brokers are not as detail oriented as these guys are.
#4. If you can show me any of your titles that we sold through you pulished on any websites operated by our clients, please do and I will pay you out immediately. Of course as apart of our due diligence we monitor the sites almost daily to make sure that ever titled up has been paid for by the client and commission to the studio. My biggest nightmare and concern as a broker is to have a studio we represent contacting us first with videos they've found on a client's site that we brokered that the studio hasn't been paid out on or sold for rights that weren't legit.
#5. XXX CONTENT DIRECT HAS BEEN LICENSING STUDIO CONTENT TO WEBMASTERS FOR OVER 11 YEARS. In the adult industry that's like 100 years. We have a stellar reputation and have never burned any of our clients or put them in any legal liability. This is why the bigger clients deal with us as a broker to the extent they do. Of course if you're running a high profile monster business that is a target for lawsuits, naturally most companies want to avoid any legal liability and go direct. Eventually we are ALWAYS able to prove that we know what we're doing and that the advantages of dealing with us far outweight any risks. We go above and beyond to ensure both that the rights we issue are legit and that our clients stay within the legal limits of our licenses. Because at the end of the day we don't sell content or DVDs...we sell licenses.

This will be exiting

1) You are full of shit and I have all emails to prove it. Over my dead body I will send the latest 2257 scanned hardcopies for stuff I did not get paid for, so you can flock it to your trusting big name clients, who paid you and not me in full. [studios/producers: pay attention here!!]

2) You are full of shit because I found your clients and my studios back me. Dare me, I ask you. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3) You are full of shit AGAIN. If you want ME to email YOUR CLIENTS the proper FTP for these scans/2257/whatever you name it, I WILL !!! But not to YOU, just directly to your client(s)!! that paid YOU and not ME unfortunatly, you did not pay ME or my studios...

4) My studios lawyer will do that for you, and I will chip in for costs just for fun of being gfy'd here.

5) You sell broke fairytales, prove me wrong....PAY ME. And so pay the studio involved too thru me. I dare you....Make me go Osama Bin Dutchie on your company and I WILL, if you want me too.

I do have to say: I do not hate you, I do not want to make you look bad in ANY way. I respect your business. I will not slander or liabel you. I have no care or use for that. But you WILL pay me for what YOU PROMISED & AGREED with ME in emails and IM's in FACTS I can prove from A to Z on paper/docs/emails/im's/skype/fedex bills/and phone.

I can ask Eric to open http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/970536-scammed-people-email-copies-ccs.html again and I can post on all boards if it's to difficult for your company to wire me a few K since August 2009.

It's content you sold and got paid for and I did not get paid in full so far by your company. I did get an excuse by email that the 1860$ you wired me was for another client of yours, where you were only allowed to sell it to ONE client you had exclusive. I wonder what is worse here....

We don't have any agreement yet, you will get it AFTER you paid me in FULL (for ONE client ONLY!!), otherwise you are licensing content around ILLEGALLY and I WILL find your clients and explain this to them.

The Studio involved has a GFY account now too btw

Does your companies email still work? I get no answers lately.
Jaques, count me as one client that has been notified.
