I'm Getting My Lawyers to contact St Kitts (Re: EPASS) tomorrow if you need help step inside

Hi Guys. I just read the news. I'm going to get my lawyers on this and find out what is going on. If you have over $1000 in your VV account and need some help in the matter let me know. I'll see what I can do to help out everyone who is in need.

If any other sponsors want to step in and join in on this with me let me know. I can tell from the posts that most people won't even call and are going to rely on others for the information.

I'd like to do my part to help you guys out and make sure if there is any money disbursed as many of you get paid out as possible.

Good idea. I'm still optimistic about this situation. Funds in the wallet are under epass control which is where my money is. What is scaring me is the recent ach withdrawels not working. I still think Chris will pull a rabbit out of his hat and save the day.

I have 30K in total on my VV, and my partners VV. If you have an email address or something, I can pass over all information. Forgive me if I "should" know, my business isn't adult it's server management and hosting.

Keep us informed!

I'll keep everyone posted. I don't expect any of us to get anything but a prepared statement tomorrow.

I'm hoping there is power in numbers and a legal route with a controlled organized approach may be better for the bank. If they will pay out I'm sure they'd rather deal with one large group which provides the proper documentation to the bank in an organized and timely manner vs 2000 smaller guys calling and blowing up their lines. It's all about jumping to the front of the line and getting a piece of any money that is paid out.

Shap, I have a lot of respect for what you do in this business. You are obviously a smart guy. I am glad you are willing to help people who are having issues from this, hope real people in need come to you instead of someone trying to scam a couple of bucks. I just want to know how you feel about the fact that a week or so ago, you were verbally blowing mallick, you got your wire. Now this happens?

Sure, we could help each other out. Close to 20k stuck here... fatalspeed -at- gmail -dot- com if you want to get in touch. Everyone should be calling the bank tomorrow, at least we will know if we can get our funds out or not, or what they require us to do. It is our hard earned money for god sake. If they say we should be talking to Epassporte at least we know what we're into...

My best guess is this.
- The bank pulled the plug on Epass.
- Epass tried to get things turned back on. The bank was playing games and refused or had good reason and refused.
- After 3 weeks Epass probably has seen that legally they won't get it turned back on and legally the bank is responsible (would be interesting to see if that's in our terms and conditions) for the money.

So what does epass do? They've been thrown in the mud and their business all but destroyed. Pass the buck and throw the bank under the bus. If legally the bank is responsible then Epass may have just played their last possible card in staying in business.

That's 100% guess based on nothing but my own imagination.

Shap if you doing this WITHOUT having phoned them first to enquire as to the process fro getting your funds then you are being over dramatic for no reason.

If you have called them and dont like the proposed procedure then why are you not sharing that said procedure?

People with cards registered in names they can prove should be ok.

Personally for me the wallet has now become more vulnerable than virtual visa. Visa nd the bank will have procedures, and both have said the money is safe. (if you can prove id I imagine)

Lawyers should be directed at epassporte rather than the bank surely?

To be honest I blew every person I knew at epassporte, i blew every person I knew that knew someone at epassporte and then I blew every person that ever heard of epassporte. I've spent 14 years busting my ass working hard for my money. I do not let it get away from me easily. When it looked like a very real possibility I was going to lose that money I went to work around the clock to get paid. And after I got paid I went to work for everyone who hit me up asking for help and helped them get paid as well. I didn't post that here but I made a post that said use your connections and relationships to try to jump to the front of the line when there is a crisis.

I also feel I was very careful with my posts. My message was always the following.
- when wires starting going out that was a good sign. If you are going to pick up and run you don't send out $5,000,000 in wires.
- I still think in a situation like this there was benefit to having someone like Mallick who's pulled rabbits out of his ass in the past and has a reputation of getting his clients every penny they are owed.
- i never said start using epass. I just said don't throw dirt on their grave just yet. Especially don't hang the messenger (Michael O) because he was all we had and eventually after enough shit he'd leave.

Shap, I think that's a really great offer on your part. If I could stick my two cents in:

To add pressure to the situation, I would also suggest that your local counsel make a formal demand for an investigation of SKNA by the St. Kitts Financial Regulatory Agency and by VISA International for violation of VISA Rules/Regulations/By-laws concerning the appropriate administration of VISA card programs.

SKNA should be under the charter of VISA South/Central America region (offices in Miami). Further, SKNA is an extremely large merchant acquiring bank for adult and continuity. I would further demand that, in light of the irregularities with e-Passporte, that VISA conduct a full investigation of their licensure of SKNA both on the issuing and acquiring side.

VISA is big on "Protecting Their Brand", so perhaps adding pressure from the licensing authority (VISA) and the regulatory authority would move things along faster.

Btw Keep your eye on this thread. I'm not going to hit up anybody until I know what the situation is. I'll be on the phone with my lawyer first thing in the morning and getting him going on this. I won't need any details until he gets an idea of what we are dealing with.

If you have a problem with someone and you are trying to sweet talk them would you throw them under the bus? By throwing visa under the bus they were probably hoping to get St Kitts to cooperate.

Visa flat out said they did what st kitts asked them to do. It was a banking problem from the beginning.

I had only $700 in my VV, but I have much bigger amount on the wallet and can't get anything out of it, though I requested wire a long time ago. I suspect those money are gone as well.

I appreciate the honesty.
I don't think anyone should blame michael o, maybe not even mallick,

Here are a few things I think might have happened

-To much gambling action, money transfers between people. Visa caught up with them.
-They were out of compliance for Visa
-The bank was out of compliance for Visa
-St Kitts Bank stole the money and beat epassporte

Just some thoughts.

If you have ever dealt with PCI compliance, there is no 1st warning.

-They were out of compliance for Visa
-The bank was out of compliance for Visa
-St Kitts Bank stole the money and beat epassporte

Just some thoughts.

If you have ever dealt with PCI compliance, there is no 1st warning.
Everything I've read about St Kitts bank is bad news. That part scares me.

Shap always seems to school people who fuck with him...

I have never heard of a single person that Chris Mallick has screwed over. You may not like the guy but everything I’ve ever read shows that in a situation like this you WANT Chris Mallick involved. He’s our best chance at survival and getting paid. He fights his ass off and does whatever possible to make sure his clients get paid. That is huge in my opinion.

btw, did you at least get all of those wires you were waiting on ?

Also, since we haven't heard from Chris one time, is that because he is too busy fighting his ass off for us or hiding from us ?

What happened to " the money is on the card" If the money is on the card then how can the bank show $0.00 balances.... so is the money really on the card and the cards are frozen or there is no money on the cards...

I believe it.

Well, I don't need any epass reimbursement, but if you are ever interested in giving out some knowledge, im sure your knowledge is worth a lot more then what i had in epass.

Good luck with your efforts.
