Can no longer bend! stomach muscles fucked from knee-lifts lol

I forgot how much knee-lifts get your lower abs working. Decided to do some yesterday and now I can't bend/move today

Everytime I do something they hurt

Any suggestion on what I can do to relieve the muscles better? I've got some Rub a535 or whatever it's called but that didn't really help.

Might have a soak in the tub or something if I can get in there lol.

Want to try and get them recovered quick so I can do some more and get that xmas layer of fat off

I have a few suggestions... it's a holistic and hybrid homeopathic approach:

Incidentally, I made that joke about FleshLight; I'm an affiliate for them, but I don't own one. I'm just wondering if that's actually worth the pretty penny they're asking for.

I have to say, I'm curious. I mean, they got different designs, wall textures, widths, etc... tell me that's not interesting. Plus, they say it's best when placed in warm water for a while. DAMN, I'm curious, but I don't feel like paying something like $80 to whack off.

hahaha your way out of shape. give it a few days it will start to loosen up. when you start up again don't do so many maybe 10-20 per day.

You are probably right, I haven't done knee lifts for about 2 years. I used to do 20 a day and not even feel them do anything.
