UltraMegaBit, owned by Rudy Corella, is still ripping this industry off.

Of course, he claims to be running a "legitimate cloud hosting service".

The reality is that he pays uploaders to share terabytes of porn and then charges end users to download the content.

AdultKing 09-05-2013 06:44 AM

Choopa, who have a presence on GFY, are aiding and abetting the theft of content by hosting UltraMegaBit.com

Don't give money to thieves. If you use Choopa then you should ask them why they are helping rip this industry off.

Do you have a list of gfy handles associated to lockers or known pirates?

It'll be good to revisit some old themes and topics in this thread, as people have a tendency to forget too soon.

He has previous form, he was found guilty of consumer fraud and has hundreds of thousands of dollars owed to Washington State Attorney General's department.

http://www.atg.wa.gov/uploadedFiles/...ella050208.pdf

He was also involved in a piracy group called Elite Torrents which resulted in one member being jailed.

As things stand he is currently under investigation by law enforcement for an unrelated matter.

It won't be too long before he realises the numerous mistakes he has made.

It's a long thread with huge amounts of information in it. There have been numerous pirates come into the thread only to be found out for what they are.

You almost need a playbill and program guide to keep track of the cast. Do not forget the adult beverages and snacks during the more active periods.

Interesting things and rumblings in the grape vine this week, file hosts are not the only 1s under the microscope these days.

How about those Dutch LEAs? LOL

Hello AK, Hope all is well on the other side of the world.

Are you referring to the push on torrent users ?

It's the same story, chasing down all angles. I have worked out some new and interesting ways to make the life of uploaders hell.

WDF 09-10-2013 11:27 PM

Server confiscations, specialized hosting providers, evidence preservation enforcement.

Interesting stuff indeed.

I didn't think an ongoing European operation had reached the public domain, have you got sources ?

We're co-operating in several ongoing matters, however it's always been stressed to us not to comment on them.

My source was at the D/C when the warrant was served. He was not informed of a gag order with regard to the confiscation. The users of the server were also notified of the confiscation by a message from the provider which was my confirmation of the information.

I do not know who the actual target of this investigation is, but related services are now being targeting for evidence gathering.

(choosing my words carefully)

I know that there are several actions underway right across Europe, I am not sure this is limited to Dutch Authorities, it's likely part of a wider operation.

WDF 09-11-2013 10:10 PM

WJunction referred to as a pirate forum on theverge websites article about mega.co.nz as are you AK. Read the paragraphs above and below "Where's My Reward".

There are a number of individuals connected to WJunction that will come to deeply regret their support of file lockers on the forum.

As for the article, it's interesting but nothing new. I wonder what prompted it ?

edit: just noticed that the article was from January.

There's a few annoying hosting companies in Holland... we all know about.
Hopefully the Swedish ones can somehow be targeted, this is where all the real douchebags hide in Europe! It will have to happen eventually!

It's called tenacity, I've got plenty of that.

I recently learned from the anti-piracy firm that I employ how much good AK and friends have done for this biz.

thanks and keep up the good work guys

Why don't you elaborate on exactly how his work has benefited this business.

It's all utter bullshit so I suspect you will not be able to provide any sort of solid proof of your claim.

In some of these cases there is ongoing work which would be compromised.

There have been plenty of pirates from GFY outed in the 5000+ posts of this thread. You can refer back to the various times where people opposing this project were found to either run file lockers or own and contribute to sites which support file lockers such as piracy forums etc.

Krylon was found to run UltraMegaBit after 20 pages or so of criticism, he then became Moogie for one example out of several.

You have to wonder what he has to gain as he seems to want to make the Stop File Lockers project go away ?

Yes I can provide solid stats that show my DMCA's are being responded to by file lockers that previous to being attacked by AK would never have taken down anything. But I'm a little busy making money and utterly destroying all the pirates who attempt to jack my shit.

By the way fuck you.

AdultKing 09-13-2013 12:40 PM

UploadInc.com, an up and coming file locker now has no methods of receiving payments.

There was 1 small file host operating from GoDaddy Web Hosting, his account was terminated naturally.

AdultKing 09-15-2013 05:07 PM

A whole bunch of new small file lockers using Paypal is about to be hit.

The pirate community think that since we've been pursuing merchant terminations that Paypal is now open for pirate business - think again. We'll keep shutting down accounts of file lockers using Paypal.

UltraMegaBit will be the subject of a final takedown before the end of the year.

DepositFiles are still a problem but will respond to DMCA reports because they are shit scared about losing all payment processing. Unfortunately for them they are not DMCA compliant just because they respond to DMCA notices and they too will lose payment processing in due course.

HipFile is the subject of a third party investigation as I understand things. Time will tell the outcome.

SIZFILE.COM , another up and comer, has lost all payment methods. CC & Paypal.
