Anyway least they got banned. now to wait for the owner of lumfile/zefile to end up in prison :) |

I look at this as he (WJ) is supporting it just as much as the guy (lumfile) posting the links. |

In my eyes this is a cop out. I hate to say this but I reckon he might have been paid. Just like Capone/Simon. Who I will say it here HAS been proven to be linked to child abuse/underage content. Not just by me but WDF and a hacker named "Z" who put a rat on Simon's desktop and found the content on his drives. A simple check on his Skype name linked him to it. Another thing, Hawk has known me since 2008 and everytime I say something it is fact and not fiction. that's how I ended up as staff on WJ as I didn't even need staff access to know who was who. Anyway, enough derailing this topic. AK, Not sure if you're aware you posted a sharpfile.com link above. seems they're coming back and also linked to FileBox.com |

Yup it is a cop-out. They tried to get away with something and didn't. |
The words, too little too late spring to mind. The owners and admins of WJunction will find that they have to face up to the consequences of running WJunction and allowing illegal activities, transactions and support for such illegal activities and transactions to flourish.
If I was in the shoes of the owners and admins of WJunction (knowing what I know) my course of action would be to shut down the entire site and then use that as mitigating circumstances when the eventual consequences arrive. I can't comment much more on any of this as it all relates to an ongoing operational matter. |
Quote:
What I think you'll find is that WJunction is probably ran by some kid who doesn't know that consequence is a fact of life. |

I even tried to warn him that if WJunction keeps turning up as evidence in court cases in the end WJunction would be next. He didn't listen sadly and I even suggested what you did AK. and that was close it down and relaunch it as a LEGAL webmaster forum. no filehost rubbish. Quote:
Thanks |

"Aciuf?s latest achievement involves one of the biggest resellers of file sharing premium accounts. Our continuous negotiations with reseller Downloadnolimit.com brought us huge benefits. In fact, the foundation?s members are the first ones to benefit from this collaboration. By having this big reseller on our side we gain exclusive rights ; therefore, our members are 100% sure that whenever their content is found on one of those file sharing sites it will be taken down in a few hours." |
I don't see ChipIn on your site anymore... about to donate some more money
|

Contributions via Paxum at [email protected] or via Paypal at [email protected] http://boourns.cjb.net/awesome2.png |
I'll wait for AK to confirm those addresses... what happened with chipin?
also, hoping you are putting pressure on mountfile, I hear from my staff that the fuckers do not delete files after being DMCA'd |
Quote:
Both Paxum and Paypal donations also work with [email protected] that was added recently so there is no confusion about the donation email address. Regarding ACIUF: If this deal only helps ACIUF members, then I find the "agreement" or however they call it highly suspicious. This sentence may as well be a freudian slip if you re-read it carefully. Quote:

No offense to Siep, but this just reaks like bad fish to me. And that's just my humble, personal opinion. |
I like ACIUF's April 10th article Extabit.com - on the edge

Both Paxum and Paypal contributions can be sent to [email protected] As for Chip In, they closed the service after they were acquired, we can't use it anymore. |

Yours Truly, Upload Monkey |
Lumfile was kicked of by hosting provider LeaseWeb today. Wow if even LeaseWeb kicked them off it must have been really bad. They're now being hosted by Dragonara.

I'm sorry for posting erroneous info, I was using whoishostingthis.com to check and it said Dragonara but others informed me they haven't changed host and doing a "refresh data" on whoishostingthis.com confirms this.

I remember booting ExtaBit off WJ only to be over-ruled by a greedy Owner and Admins that were concerned with dollars and traffic rather then the enforcement of their own rules. Funny they closed their thread shortly after they slowed payments to a stop. On Another Note: Another File host filed a complaint with LeaseWeb about LumFile as posted on my site. |
Filelocker Filezy hacked and all files deleted, I can't post the link but discussion is on Wjunction and very funny to read.
WDF what is your site, url? |

JFK, I wonder what you could do to assist us with our cause ? Perhaps a contribution could be made if you're going to make use of this thread to get on the top of the page ?
Contributions can be made via Paypal or Paxum to [email protected] |

None of my sites promote, condone, or allow pro-piracy discussion. I am usually aware of link backs to sites I run and know there is 1 in regards to a LumFile thread on UT @ NukePiracy. I would hope you are speaking for yourself and not any group, as I said I am here to lend assistance how/where I can to Robert. I do not condemn you because your business model does not conform to my religious beliefs, please do not condemn me because my business model does not conform to your personal beliefs. We have mutual interests and goals that are better and more easily achieved without throwing stones and digs at each other. Maybe you should re-read upload monkeys last couple of posts and learn just a little from them. Open your mind and close your mouth sometimes, it can make a world of difference if you let it. Not a intended insult just a pro tip from a guy that has been around the block a few times. I hope you have a sparkling day. On Another Note: Hello Robert, I hope all is well on your end and you have a productive day. |

Pretty much all hosts promoted at your site were featured and SFL at some point or their "careers", all of them were losing payment options, not in the least through AK's efforts. Such as Ultramegabit.com for example which got a special treatment at SFL, and still is one of the preferred hosts at many blatant piracy sites such as Rlslog.net. |
Quote:
If you prefer to attack me because I sell website space to advertisers that you do not care for you need to take a long hard look in the mirror as there are many that do not care for what you promote also. Do you really want to go to war over words, etc. with me and show your supporters how well you work with others in achieving a common goal. I am trying my best to approach this exchange diplomatically but it is you who are making it difficult. Please consider your next reply carefully, you have many people watching the example you are setting here. Rather then take shots at me work on the real issue in this thread. I surely hope you are not billing anyone for anti-piracy efforts while trying to demean me. |

From my perspective as a content producer I could care less. WE aren't doing anything wrong. We work hard, take all the risks and then see our work stolen and devalued...and I give a flying fuck what these uploaders think about anything? If I had my way I'd find every one of them and beat the hell out of them. (hope that doesn't set a bad "example" for the "many people watching") |
those filelockers are making more than average sponsor

Damage control or mitigating circumstances you may be in? Why else would you pick the name uploadertalk? Like anyone else that's joined this thread, you will argue it blindly anyway you can. Quote:
Initially everyone was cheering but as AK has really started digging into the root causes and cutting off the money flow for all enabling forms of piracy and the ecosystem, former supporters have grown very weary of him. There are several companies and reps that keep completely quiet about this whole ordeal now because of it. Quote:

Most uploaders are of a younger generation. How old are you WDF? Most of them are in their teens or early 20's with admin and ring leaders or their early 30's. Quote:
