FCP, while you're at it, please reference my post at the top of the page and make a donation.

This will do many things, among them:

-You will help contribute to a campaign that is taking countermeasure that choke piracy and put it in check.
-I will think more highly of you, this is almost as important as the first. :)

Donate please. Pretty Please.

CopyControl PP is fine - still up and working well total troll moment lol I donated recently.

Did that guy NukePiracy say on the last page that they were actually hacking people? So then what that ScrollDog site says has to be true? If you hack databases then you can't even submit them in court nobody would recognize that, so when they say they work with the authorities they are so full of it.

This has got to be one of the funniest damn posts ever. I can't stop laughing at this.

I shall admit to hacking I have this gay shit called Explosive Anger Disorder, it means when I get mad nothing stops me.
LMAO!!!! Where do people like this come from? Oh my lord!

I'm building up a case against dizzcloud right now.

Several people are having severe problems with the site but we need some more information to add weight to our case.

If anyone is having repeat problems with this site please email [email protected]

UltraMegaBit removed Adsense around 21 hours after we published the article on http://stopfilelockers.com/

MegaShares have now switched to CoinUrl for ads.

Obviously Rudy Corella didn't want to lose his Adsense account.

We will be targeting sites using other ad networks and applying pressure to have those ad networks removed from sites.

Yeah, that's a tell, they knew what would happened based off the SFL project's track record.

Rudy got wise and has kept quiet after posting with his nick moogie (krylon for a while).

Just a reminder, if you're having issues with File Factory send us details to [email protected]

If anybody has contact us about File Factory and has not received a reply, please post here.

AdultKing 10-30-2013 12:42 AM

FileFactory continues to expand it's piracy network. Now they will be offering USENET binaries together with a custom newsreader.

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...2013-email.jpg

Keep sending evidence against File Factory to [email protected]

In the next week I will announce a process that rights holders affected by File Factory can undertake as we make Holt Meyers, FileFactory's owner, pay for piracy.

AdultKing 10-30-2013 01:50 AM

More than 30 Payza and Moneybookers uploader accounts shut down this evening.

Also, someone is having trouble with a fraudulent Paypal account.

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...0/filenuke.jpg

There's a big push against uploader accounts coming, we expect to kill off lots of them.

Hey AK,

If a 'uploader' posts a screen receiving payments from a file host, is that grounds for the 'uploader' to have their (paypal) account limited?

In itself, no.

However it's a starting point.

AdultKing 10-30-2013 01:05 PM

A debrid site, vipleech4u.com has had it's payment processing killed off.

Debrid sites are just another part of the file locker eco system that allow people to download from many file lockers with just one membership.

What does AK say? : I'm sorry, I must be blind, can't see shit! Totally clean service!

filefactory.com - ALEXA Global Rank - 2542

What does AK say? : We monitor the situation very closely. Working on disabling the payment options and generally mounting an attack!
(As far as we can see AK tried attacking filefactory a few times but so far it has not been too successful)

oteupload.com - Global Rank - 30041
What does AK say? : (screaming and spitting) WOW! I am outraged! PIRATES! We are going in guns blazing!

Strange isn't it?

Real pirates from uploaded.net for some reason do not interest AK. Any of you donating money to AK, I would exercise caution.

P.S. Those who follow this circus probably remember my bet with AK that basically said that every major player will continue to function after a certain period of time. AK lost 10k and refused to pay citing some lame excuse.

But that's not even the point. The point is that AK has a very specific agenda, different from what he claims and he did not do shit to affect real piracy, he simply shifted the balance and made sure that tubes got a nice bumps in traffic and Uploaded became king of file hosts, this is to good to be simple coincidence.

"We believe Uploaded.to is one of the worst intellectual property rights infringers in the world and we will be working hard to close down their ability to process payments. We will also be working with companies who?s copyrights are being infringed upon to bring the operators of Uploaded.to to justice."

More than one year after we originally exposed Uploaded.net, we now put them under the microscope again. Nothing has changed, this is still the criminal conspiracy it has always been.

http://stopfilelockers.com/uploaded-...ng-has-changed

Adult is being slammed hard by Uploaded's complete disregard for copyright.

Passion HD & Met Art are amongst hundreds of websites having all of their content ripped and shared on Uploaded.

We have been quietly working to make things more difficult for Uploaded, we'll keep chipping away. We'll get them eventually.

AdultKing 11-01-2013 01:48 AM

As it's the 1st of November I'd like to report on the contributions we have received.

In the month of October we received: $3,808.82 via Paypal
Of that $1,335 should recur in November

We received $1,750 via Paxum.

Total receipts for October were $5558.82.

Our minimum monthly expenditure for running the operation before we pay for legal or investigative services is around $8,890.88.

This includes:

Office Rent
Telephony
Cloud Services
SaaS such as Xero, Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365 etc
Offsite Document Storage
Insurance
Mobile Phone
Our office 1300 number
24/7 telephone answering/reception
Insurance
Cleaning
Car Park Lease
Security
Accountancy Fees
Consulting Fees
Office Expenses
Server Fees
Cloud based virtual server fees (for our web crawlers and distributed systems)
Subscriptions
National Travel

On top of that legal fees vary depending upon the types of letters, legal action or document preparation required in any given month. Further legal fees are required when legal opinions are required from a SC.

We engage investigators from time to time and those fees vary depending upon the country and extent of work required.

There are several other forms of expense that I cannot discuss publicly in order to protect information that is sensitive regarding our operations.

Therefore our shortfall for this month was at least -$3332.06.

This project and our future planned projects live and die with the support received from the community.

Please consider making a contribution here: https://copycontrol.org/contribute

or by sending a Paxum contribution to [email protected]

Every contribution helps us keep going.

For the sake of transparency I'd like to point out that we total the Paxum payments at the end of the month and I pay that to Copy Control then use the Paxum card for my own spending. This is easier than dealing with the bank fees and variable exchange rates using EFT and obviously due to the nature of Paxum being an e-wallet I do not like accumulating much in the wallet.

The best place to report these is directly into our system http://copycontrol.org/report-piracy

That way the site goes directly into our database placed in the queue to deal with.

If it were that simple this project would have finished months ago.

AdultKing 11-02-2013 04:40 PM

This weekend we have turned our crawlers to exclusively concentrate on Uploaded.net and the amount of adult infringement found is staggering. In fact this process will take another 4 days at the current rate and we are using 25 server instances to do the crawling.

Nobody is spared by Uploaded. Met-Art, X-Art, Pink Visual, Passion HD, MaxHardcore, Twistys, Brazzers, Playboy, Private, Evil Angel .... the list goes on and on.

We want to shut down Uploaded, they are a high priority. We need to remove their ability to process payments, one merchant account at a time until they have no other option.

Rights holders / Studios can help us achieve this by signing a representation agreement with us. This will authorise us to use evidence collected about your copyright infringement when communicating with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc.

As things stand we can only present evidence where we represent a particular rights-holder. A representation agreement does not affect your existing copyright enforcement measures, it is non exclusive. You will still need to use a DMCA agent to send DMCA notices and forward copies of those notices to us.

What a representation agreement allows us to do is use your DMCA evidence to further our case against infringing sites when dealing with the Card Associations, Payment Processors and Third Party Billers.

Please contact us here to arrange for a representation agreement for your company or studio.

How do people in the industry learn of this project? Is it just by reading GFY and this thread? I'm sure there are tons of content producers that never frequent GFY and know nothing about this but would support it if they only knew. It would be nice if you could get the word out by other means.

Hey inthecrack. Webmasters know all about it. If your guy dont then tell him to pull up a seat and read. He could knock it out of the park. Never know.

This thread is constantly updated with information, yes.

There are also future campaigns planned to spread the word further and farther.

If you know of a good approach to reach out to content producers specifically please do share here or get in touch via https://copycontrol.org/contact-us/

Last but certainly not least: Please do also spread the word to your friends & colleagues, it would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for getting involved :thumbsup

Planet Suzy is one of the prime destinations for pirates. It's full of Exoclick ads and of course AWE popups still.

It's quite easy to see which ad networks support piracy, just hop over to any site in the file locker eco system and you'll see which ad networks are prominent.

Just out of interest here is Planet Suzy allowed file host list:

1fichier
Anonfiles
Asfile
Bitshare (individual links no larger than 1024 mb)
Depositfiles / Dfiles
Extabit
FileFactory (individual links no larger than 2000 mb)
Filepost (individual links no larger than 1024 mb)
Fileswap
Hotfile
HugeFiles
Keep2Share
Luckyshare
Lumfile
Mediafire
Packupload
Putlocker
Rapidgator (individual links no larger than 1024 mb)
Ultramegabit
Uploaded.net / Uploaded.to / ul.to (individual links no larger than 1024 mb)
Uploading.com
Zippyshare

The more of these we kill the more dead links there will be on Planet Suzy and sites like it.

UltraMegaBit is one that is on the way out, it's just a matter of time.

It is strange that supposedly leading anti pirate outfit didn't really achieve anything in regards to the TOP pirate site out there and only began to show some attention to it after I brought it up.
Anyway, I'm glad I could help steer you in correct direction but for some reason I think that you won't be able to do anything with them.
I'll be reminding you of this each week, to help you out.

http://stopfilelockers.com/uploaded-...-of-windows-7/

You don't know what has happened to them because we don't announce everything.

Uploaded know what has happened and the pain will continue until they close or clean up their act.

For the record, we are not involved in hacking or any illegal activity. We use legal means to gather intelligence. We do not need to use the techniques displayed by others to gather our information.

We have had many successes against many sites. We don't announce every outcome for strategic reasons.

I know we are a thorn in your side, but we're not going anywhere.

While we may have previously announced Paypal terminations when it is to our strategic advantage, it is not our policy to announce merchant terminations in general. :2 cents:

Hulkload.com , a little up and comer, has been chopped off at the knees. Paypal and Payza terminated, they're left with Webmoney.

I dare say this saga is interesting :thumbsup

read eberything on this thread and on this site scrolldog.com/stopfilelockers-exposed-industrial-espionage-collaborating-with-hackers/

not so sure anymore :disgust

you say no hacking?

AdultKing 11-05-2013 01:37 AM

Firstly, it's obvious you run that site, full of wild conspiracy theories and half truths.

Secondly, the Stop File Lockers project has never been and never will be involved in the illegal hacking activity exhibited by that misguided group of miscreants who know call themselves NukePiracy.

There are a multitude of legal ways to acquire the information we gather on sites, we use extensive research and publicly available sources for most of it, the rest is discovered via other legal means via procedures made available by the legal system and/or Government registries and instruments of the courts.

We have never discussed our operational methods and your various articles or posts will not lead us to reveal them.

TrueTraffic 11-05-2013 03:38 PM

Why the hostility? :|

You won't reveal your methods? No need to. They've already been revealed. Not a single file locker that you've gone after has had legal repercussions. Not one. Fact is, none of your information you discover can be used nor trusted.

Wild conspiracies? We think not.

Nice gig you have though with all these fellas running around to support you monetarily. Wonder how they would feel a year from now when there's more of these services & the operations are more shored up than ever before.

You're going to be known not as the guy who "Stopped File Lockers", but as the guy who morphed the industry.

Not one legal (state or government level) shutdown under your belt and it's been over a year now.

P.S.
I don't own ScrollDog, but I do like the site. Way to attack me though for my opinion!

UltraMegaBit.com, owned by Rudy Corella, is still stealing and profiting from that theft.

With links shared from major release blogs and sites like PlanetSuzy, Rudy and his UltraMegaBit is sharing copyright infringing content belonging to members of the music industry, film industry, tv industry, games industry, book industry and the porn industry.

Hosting company Choopa actively supports this activity despite many complaints.

When UltraMegaBit goes down, Choopa will probably go with them.

Now waiting for Rudy Corella's mates from WJunction to come cry on his behalf

Quick question. I sent Ryushare a DMCA last night and they responded today claiming that the files were removed but when I click on any of the links it appears that the files are still available to paying customers. In cases like this, are the files removed and they are leaving the links up to mislead customer to sell more memberships?

or they dont remove it, just disable it and you are seeing cached page from them.
or they dont remove the links and/pages so less 404 pages for Google love.
or they change url from one to another under another user.
or they dont remove at all and just lie about it.
