If you get nowhere with Ruth, you could always touch base with Mr. Moise on Facebook, he's easy to find there and I'm sure he doesn't want his company anywhere close / connected to CP in the media, so if he is smart he will listen and work with you.

So Ruth... Honestly... I'd real curious about this. I don't mean this sarcastically:

You're telling us you have to review your TOS to ensure you can / should discontinue relationships with illegal willful copyright infringing file-sharing websites?

I take this as being a literal translation to "I'll discuss it with my boss and see if we can take the financial hit to appease you. But we're not promising anything."

You do realize your TOS does not mean shit to anyone when it comes to the legalities of criminal partnerships, correct? And I know you're entirely aware of why these sites exist... there is no mystery here. You can't claim ignorance on this subject.

Just terminate the accounts and be done with it. There should be no checking of TOS. Your company should not be in bed with these criminals.
