1. The UK has many dominion immigrants because of the British Empire (Canada also). Why? They are the richest countries in the Dominion.

Is the US standard living and average salary increasing as fast as the economy?

The reason for this is the modern world is no longer reliant on manual labour. So the unskilled deprive a US unskilled citizen of a job. And keep wages down. This is beside the ease of outsourcing to countries where labour is $2,000 a month or less.

I've just witnessed one of those savages willing to fight and argue with a car driver. Muslim wanted to go over street ,between traffic ,on red light (for him). Instead of being polite and thankful for a country that is giving you shelter,medicine and food, he was aggressive and ready to fight.

I remember when I was visiting some muslim countries, first advice was to take care in traffic, no one will stop to pedestrian, and there are no normal rules. It is simple, they don't deserve place in civilized world.
