"have more white babies" is not a realistic answer, I am curious how you would solve the problem of who the next tax payers/workers are going to be and who will pay for the pensions of the massively old population?

First of all, the immigration we've seen last years wasn't set in motion to supply Europe with workers. On your question regarding falling birth rates, it's very simple, the governments could if "will" was present put together a program to encourage it's population to increase birth rate. Discuss the core family, mother, father and children. I'm atheists but the church has also abandoned it's core values and discuss Islam before its main commitment. All organizations with power instead draw focus at LGBT rights. It's laughable.

simple solution would be (sort of) to do the same for own citizens as they do for immigrants
(job solutions, housing solutions etc.....)

The fall of birth rates is a good thing. Decreases overpopulation and conserves resources. Makes thing cheaper for everyone. Importing a bunch of idiots to do manual labor jobs is going to blow up in your face when that's all replaced by machines and robots. Thats the problem OP, very few people want kids nowadays...like you for example...you will have 1 or 2 max or you already have and you will see that a 3rd is a pain in the ass...

Just 1-2 kids does not cut it...you need to make up for the ones who have no kids, and 1-2kids leads to a decline...3 probably gives you status quo...1 of those 3 probably wont have kids...

So in short, you need to pump out 4-5 to make a dent...not just you but 100.000s of your countrymen...

it helped raise birth rate in first year of the program by 10 %. now its all down back to previous birth rates
in this world people that have the most kids are either uneducated, poor or those that dont give a fuck - cause they fuck like monkeys/ rabbits and dont use anticonception. and yeah, usually their kids also become poor and uneducated and repeat proccess.
educated and not poor people have as less kids as possible, thats the reality. and yeah, those are usually whites.
