I've been around too long and heard every newbie excuse.
Fuck, I used to review boards for all of em back in the day and saw 100 newbies like you try this shit on this very board when it first opened (but I was manager of by that time.) I've owned nightclubs too, and heard every excuse there. I know when someone is trying to bullshit me.

Maybe this is something that would look better if ya dropped it? I mean come on..month old Newbies have heard of Serge. He's run a very busy board with some big players on it. Anyone who is anyone has been by it at least once.

Shit..even if you own link lists, don't matter. Think your traffic would hurt me? Hell man, I took a year off and still had traffic coming in. Think about that. Unless you own google, don't threaten me. Cause honestly, even the hun (as big as he is) only controls a small percentage of overall adult traffic, and he'll be the first to admit it.

(a) sexeducation operates/ed a child porn site under the guise of "sex education".

(b) He has/had images that are clearly child porn under any standards. These include, for the benefit of the dim, images depicting anal sex with minors blah.

(c) He is a convicted child molester.

(d) There is a totally insignificant minor matter.. that of contravening section 2257.

(e) He has published images which he had no rights to use.

All of the above is NOT assumed - the details have been recorded but I am not gonna pander to the curiousity of idiots by publishing this and messing up some other action in progress.

It's a shame that your dns zone files are not working .... Hmm maybe people have contacted your HOSTS and alerted them to your scheme of hosting dns in one palce and domains at another and some things at yet another ?

Have you contacted the abuse department at your hosts about your zone files ? I have a STRONG feeling they have a clue as to whats going on.

This is called hotlinking. Unless the pictures are directly licensed by the content seller to your site they are illegal for use on your site.

This alone is reason enough to have your sites pulled.

Yes - I do register all my domains in one location for easy administration.

However - I have no choice of the registrar when I PURCHASE a domain - like SexEducation.NET and SexEducation.ORG which Verio.com can confirm .... I have tried to use their backroom to bring into the Verio.com domain system.

The are scattered because friggen registrars make "user unfriendly" to KEEP THEIR FRIGGEN RENEWAL FEE's.

If you have not experienced the registrar hassle - then you are a newbie.

Your's may be different and the process may be easier now.
But I believe it was 6 to 9 months ago I tried to transfer SexEducation.ORG into the Verio.com backroom.

But is was within 60 days of renewal or some other BS reason and was therefore declined. I had to pay on both sides to affect the transfer ... a money grab ...imo

As for him flying under the radar on where he was hosted if you fdo a whois on sexeducation.com it comes back on verio nameservers IE: ns1.secure.net and ns2.secure.net

Further investigation showed that he was only hosting the dns there when in fact his real server he was hosting on belongs to rackshack.net as the domain resolved to an ip of 64.246.44.170 as do all his other domains.

To date through our complaints and showing of proof verio has pulled his dns. He has since registered with 3 hosting providers that I know of trying to find new hosting for his dns however they have all been aware of this thread and the proof and he has been unsuccessful in finding new hosting for the dns.
